16Why is the line still out the door at 9: 35 when they open at 9? I understand guidelines but this place is clearly understaffed and it’s unacceptable. Others are having to adjust their schedules just to take care of something that can’t be done over the phone or on the app.
March 18,21, my wife was in need of a cashiers check. The initial contact was made Ms. Desire and the Security Person. Both were overly polite and showed much professionalism and should be recognized for such. In addition, the individual (can't recall her name) that actually helped secure the check was more than exceptional. Our Baytown Location NEVER goes above & beyond with their service & we have been there for over 30 years.
This place is horrible slowest bank ever I've been too. Ive been here three times and they have one teller for 20 people in line smh
Worst bank ever! Always long lines, one or 2 tellers at most, atm's always down. Very unprofessional, switching back to Chase. Lines always ridiculously long
Really bad experience all the time i have to visit this place, the waiting time is ridiculous and it turns worst when you see some ladies just walking around or behind of the cashiers. I wish there was minus stars.
Can never get anyone on the phone especially the weekends. I will be closing my account for terrible service in person, phone service, and app. Will be going back to my old back whim i never had issues with. I only left due to my employer using this bank. Worthless
Whats the point of having the bank there if 2 out of 3 atms are broken. Especially such a busy location, it doesnt make sense. BOA is great but this location isnt. The employees arent at fault either I understand, its either management or corporate for not making necessary repairs
I have visited this site twice in the last three days. It is always busy, but there are few tellers available to serve. I know there is a push to use the Teller Assisted ATMs, but your clientele is not comfortable with them, and sometimes you just need a live person. I hope they add more tellers.
DO NOT COME TO THIS BRANCH. I REPEAT DO NOT COME HERE, 1 teller and long lines very poor managed, and to top it off extremely unprofessional. Please make sure you plan accordingly before you go there.
Teller assist not working. Only 2 people working behind the counter on a Saturday. Hell its only open four hours add another person.
The teller had bad customer service. Instead of addressing me at the counter she was having a whole conversation with another employee. I told her that she was rude and had poor service. She placed my receipts under the window and didn't say have a nice day or the standard for tellers.
35 min. Wait just for a temporary card at 10: 25 am. No thanks. Need more employees here. Only two people helping walk ins on a Saturday.
Very poor customer service. So much for being a PREFERRED CUSTOMER I might just take my business somewhere else like Chase where customer service is better. Today I went to this location wanting to get a cashiers check to start contract on our new house, the lady that helped me was very rude from the beginning when I explained her from which account I needed the money to come out. Since my husband is the one signing on the house it needed to be from him (which he is in all the accounts and we have done this before with our first home, at this location this will be our second home) he is always busy so I’m he one who has to do this but she said No and gave me no other options. VER RUDE great way to treat your customers! GOOD JOB you just lost a preferred customer bc of her.
We have business acct. Waiting on line now 25 minutes plus. Only 1 teller. One customer taking 25 minutes. Lots of workers walking around laughing and joking. Flipping their hair. Its extremely unprofessional how this bank runs/lack of customer service.
No stars this location bank every time just 1 employe work just 1 window open very slow service we waiting to line 30 minuets
Horrible Customer Service.the teller named Hector is such a rude person on a power trip.when you have to run a business and then deal with idiots trying to give you a hard time over a deposit that another branch easily took. Bank Of America needs to clean house and hire new people!
