I have had a wonderful experience with Vitor Burk. This guy took the time to answer all my concerns,
I will make this location my home. I have banked with this company for over 20 years, this was the best experience I’ve ever had.

The staff of this bank puts no value on the time of people waiting to see a teller. I stood in line for 24 minutes behind 4 people. Nobody ever offered to assist the single teller working. Lots of Bank staff walked by and just looked at us.

I was told I could not see a teller today and the typical wait time is ~2 hours. Feels criminal for a bank to hold my money but withhold access to a teller.

It’s no wonder that banks are being replaced by mobile finance solutions.

Hate to write a bad review but it has to be done. Worst service ever, it took over 45min to make 4 simple deposits. Mary at the teller line has the worst attitude and Raquel her manager does not help. No one on this branch has a name tag, maybe in purpose since they have the worst customer service, No even the branch manager had a name tag and they will give you the run around in order to get a business card.

Never coming back to this branch.

Literally 8 people in line and 1 teller and the person greeting has zero customer service skills, no apologies no thank you for your patience just Ridiculous

Manager charged me $8 to cash a check that was from their own bank even after i told her I lost my home and both vehicles in the ice storm we just had. This branch is ruthless and could care less. Not to mention i waited 10 min for a manager override. If your going to charge me atleast have some sense of urgency
