Came in with cuzzin to cash his check and Emmanuel was too busy with homebodys and big ttities before costumers waiting on line.all he wants is have his debit card replaced cause it was mailed damaged.great banking Emmanuel

I visit 2 times per month and the service is always professional. There's always someone in the lobby asking to help so you don't have to stand in line. I've seen people get offended. I guess they feel targeted. The kid asks me all the time, but I know only a teller can help what I need to do. They're just trying to work more efficiently.

Unprofessional people work on this branch. Have problems for my checking and savings accounts and they don’t know how to solve the problem, they always called 800 hotline and they walk them through it.
Horrible safe deposit access system for long wait time, staff standing there and no one ask for help.
No wonder every time you go on this branch you see new faces even every 3 or 4 months you will see new manager.

Lobby locked and no sign on door why is the location closed but the voicemail says they are open? I need access to my safe deposit box

I went to the bank yesterday during bank hours but the doors were lock. I didn't see any one in the bank. There was not a sign on the door explaining why the doors were lock. Many customers turned away due to the locked door. Do you lock the doors during lunch times?

I always get great service when I come to this Bank of America location to complete wire transfers.
Esmeralda and the manager were very polite and kind always updating me as I waited.

I am seriously thinking about closing my account and going to another bank. Every time I deposit a check into my account (regardless of the amount) there is always a 7 to 10 day hold on the check. When I deposited the check with the teller I was informed that there would not be a hold on the check. Then you email me the next day at the time the funds were supposed to be released and tell me there is a hold on the account. With BOA they won’t release any funds, even Comerica Bank will allow you to withdraw $225 dollars. I came from a smaller bank thinking BOF would be better but it’s honestly worse.

Worst tellers ever been waiting for 20 minutes and only gone thru 2 people. When I ask for more tellers they say that's all they have. Unbelievable.

I would rate 0 if I could. Manager Sergio was very incompassionate during a pandemic. My elderly mothers id was expired less than 60 days and wouldnt help her. No wonder this branch has a 2 out of 5 stars. Ill stay on my side of town.

Lack of tellers & customers service.very slow branch & the workers from the bankers to the teller, they do not make the wait pleasant at all! Bankers are always having loud side conversations, while the teller calls each customer anything but their name.

I came to this location as BOA closed my usual location and now waiting outside at 10: 14AM due to social distancing and lack of tellers to handle customers. More are lining up behind. I can see why tellers are overwhelmed here. BOA needs to change their model if they close three locations and have no backups other than a small location. I have had my account with BOA for over 30+ years and have seen the demise of their customer service.

Every report I read about poor Customer Service at the same location off Will Clayton & Atascocita Road is absolutely correct! I have been a Customer at that branch & experienced the same nasty rudiness & hatred everyone has reported in their complaint. I have spoken to both the Bank Manager, Asst. Manager & visiting Area Supervisor for 3 yrs straight. Each time they go to major efforts to make me feel like I am the only one compkaining. They case want me to believe I am an isolated case & that only I am complaining. I tried to open up a Business account with all the correct paperwork & their make Representative a Hispanic Male refused to accept my legal documents for my business that is 42 yrs old. Needless, to say I took my business account to Chase across the street who give great Customer Service & who appreciates their Customers whether you Bank with them or not. When I need to access my BofA account I drive down to their location on FM 1960 & receive much better service. I believe this location prefers Hispanic Customers only. They do not hired any other race at this location. That location is in a neighbor that us diverse & should reflect the diversity of the Neighborhood that uses them. I think, if they hire other races if People that their services would be equal & better. It is not fair that we should be subjected to their discrimination practices in our own neighbor! Also, I witness their are very impatience with their Elderly Clients. The Corporation truly needs to investigate our complaints, monitor their Employees and stop them from abusing their Customers with their discriminatory abuses to all People who visit that branch. I have complained in vain for 3 years. I am thinking about hiring an Attorney to teach them that People are not garbage to mistreat! They will stop their abuse or move out of our diverse friendly community
