Horrible experience. Went through the drive thru since I didn't have much time. Someone who might've been a manager, took my ID, ATM card and gave me a slip to sign. I thought my transaction was going to be quick but then he never came back. After like 20 -25 minutes, I pushed the call button to see what the problem was and some lady came to tell me that I had to wait until they were done with the line inside. I could see from my car it was not a short line. There was only one teller working. If the first guy would have told me that in the first place, I wouldn't have wasted my time.seriously, why only have one teller? Especially during lunch. Why have the drive thru open? If it's not going to be assisted promptly. Defeats the purpose! Such a horrible experience at this particular branch.
Teller Andrea Torres, was rude and had no customer service at all. Also manager had very poor communication skills.
Andrea Torres had such awful customer service. She treated her her customer very rudely. She did not want to communicate and did not try to understand.
I love this bank and it's staff! They're always friendly, helpful and make you feel welcomed. I could just simply use their online banking system; instead I come in in person because they treat my wife and I like family.
Horrible service. Always understaffed. Long lines no matter what time of day you go. This is a bank that is more than happy to take our money but can't hire enough people to help us.
They take forever to help and only have 2 tellers. Ridiculous the time to wait in line for help.

If I could I wouldn’t even put a star the attendant name Karla had a horrible attitude, since the moment I got there till I left. She was being really rude, threw the money at me didn’t even greet, made me feel unwelcomed and uncomfortable I will not go back with her.
Hi my name is Joy. I have had both good and bad experiences at this bank. The good was great and the bad was not their fault they were understaffed. It was a very long time ago. Right before COVID lock down happened. They are better staffed now or was the last time I was in there.

Customers Satisfaction is the last thing on this bank's protocols and guidelines.this branch will make you feel Depressed and frustrated with any banking issue you may have, no return calls, no return emails, on the phone you will be on hold FOREVER.
Tuesday. Been here since 2: 10 pm. One teller. Line out the door. 5 employees here. One helping. Finally added a second person after 40 min. The tellers themselves are great and kind. This is a management issue.
