No drive-thru services at any BOA branch. Only two branches left in this city. For new accounts, I recommend either Chase or BankSouth. As a 30 year BOA customer, I can attest the service and quality has gone nowhere but downhill. I’m changing banks too.

I got there, was told I was next in line, after waiting for 30 minutes, someone else came out and said I needed an appointment. Horrible costumer service. The one star is for parking, as for personnel they deserve none.

Been a customer for over 20yrs and service has just gotten to the point they do not offer what I need. Long lines and remodeling to only ever one clerk is ridiculous.

They will hold your money from you. I strongly recommend never using them they are absolute trash them and just about every employee. They can’t help you at all.

I have tried several days to try to speak with someone by phone and can never get through. The branch nearest me has closed and I do not live close enough to the next nearest (Grande) to run up there and speak with someone. ANNOYING!

The only reason I’m giving 4 starts is because Kelis lady in the front today in orange shirt was amazing! She made my experience better! Katy who works through drive thur was incredibly rude. She told me that she wouldn’t cash my check because the last name was different i explained I just got married still have my not changed my name yet. She said well doesn’t matter I can help you! I said never had a problem before or in the app. She said well then the apps not checking right because it’s my job to check! In a rude tone of voice. I said you don’t have to be rude just send the check back down then. As soon as she presses the button to send it back down she mouth something off to me! I told the branch manager and she was a sweet little lady who took care of it. I was about ready to pull all my funds I have other bank accounts and I had the time to switch it today! The manager was nice and the other lady inside was wonderful but honestly still thinking of leaving because of the mistreatment I have experienced today. Please hold Kathy responsible for her actions! I know it was Kathy because she was the only one working!

This Bank is terrible. I don’t know how else to express the experience I had. The misinformation and blatant dishonesty was shocking. Luckily I have found a new bank (Origin Bank) it is excellent. If you have had an experience like mine you would not regret switching. Honestly they should reconsider their name bank of America. The way they run this institution is not the American way.

The teller gave me wrong information about making a change to my account and my husband had to miss work to take care of it. The employees and the manager were very rude when I was trying to resolve the issue and made it very obvious that they simply did not want to perform the duties that my "account change" would require. The manager was not helpful at all. The experience was so negative that my husband and I will be switching banks. I would suggest using the other branch in Tyler if you still bank with BofA.

Your checks are no good if you bank here. They charge an $8 fee per check if drawn against a account.if you do not have an account at this bank.

Line is out the door and they have one teller with a greeting lady. Why do we need a greeting lady? We need two tellers so we can speed up the process. These Bank of America's have became so terrible to go to.

1 available teller during rush time with a full line. Management stands and watches while we wait 30 minutes plus. Zero customer service

In the lobby, they basically handle every transaction through a megaphone. The tellers and the annoying greeting lady is so loud people down the hall can hear how much money ur walking out the bank with. No privacy! Not safe!

Yeah this is strange, like a gang of insecurities materialized as people. Seemingly. I think the bank is fine and has been the past 15 years I used it. I will admit I don't go inside very much. But I'm thinking they're not making these decisions. It's a corporate hierarchy thing, probably. A position that most people won't understand because they've never been in a position of a hierarchical pole of responsibility. They do not know.

Don't answer the phone for general banking questions. They attempt to have everything automated and doesn't work. The system automatically hangs up on you after two minutes on hold. I'll be switching to a different bank soon.

Wonderful experience at Bank of America today. We arrived at time of opening and were greeted by kind folks who helped take care of our problem. We had issues with our bank card, but Stephanie was able to resolve the issue. The bank was clean and professional, and all of the customers were being attended to while we were at the bank. This is one of the better banks we've been to, and will be happy to return.

Terrible, awful place. Nobody answers the phone. They do not care about customers at all. Also, this company is known for screwing over black/brown customers. Bank elsewhere. Vanessa will not be seeing heaven.

Complete Liars! Stephanie (assistant Manager) lied about there 90 day policy in regards to removing all fees from my account. During the time period that I was being charged all these fees I was recovering from two major surgeries. On the phone they told me to go into the bank and they would remove the fees. Stephanie Augustine the bank manager called me about this and basically defended the lies; my situation is a reflection of her poor leadership. As soon as I walk through the door the representative name Colton basically told me they can't remove any fees, several customers were upset in the brief 20 minutes I was there. Bank of America is not a good bank anymore

What bank is only open for a few hours. Impossible to cash a check. Service is horrible.time to move on. They won't help you, but have no trouble robbing you. I want to speak to a human. If I want to do everything online, they definitely have better options. These drive thrus are pointless and only serviced when someone chooses to get around to it.

How is it Bank of America branches NEVER answer the phone. I actually had to drive to Houston to withdraw my own money. If my account wasn't linked to my IRA I would close it. When I call Chase I can actually speak to the branch manager any time
