They closed the drive-thru, and inside there is NEVER more than 2 tellers. We wait in line up to an hr or more when it's busy. The line will be all the way out to the front door. I dont understand why they can't just hire more tellers.

I was in and out of the bank in less than 10 min and they helped me without making an appointment or a wait list.

The worst location in Houston just tow trailers to assist the customers. You need 30 minutes at least when it not busy. Soooo Sloooow

The guy manager with the broken arm is very helpful & sweet and have real great customer service skills so sweet
