Bank of America (with Drive-thru services), Mission TX

Inappropriate department. Each employee comes up with what he wants. I agreed with one employee to open an account, came with documents, but the atm didn’t have any, another woman says completely different conditions. This is not serious

Should have read the reviews first before coming to this dump. Came to cash my first check in new job my boss has his account here. (I don't have an account here) Was here for about 40 minutes till they verified check. And on top of that they charge me eight dollars for not having an account. (even though check was from thier bank)

I ended up at this branch because all B of A branches canceld their drive thru.and it's the same BS as always with this bank.lots of employees trying to sell more business and not enough tellers to attend existing customers. WORST BANK

Made me wait for over an hour to not cash my check after it was verified by them, they said it exceeded their non customer limit of $3999.00 the check was for $4,200.00

The worst service.they don't pull the ATMs.and inside only one person for a lot of line! Line! And they also open at 10 am.the baddest bank of all and more b of america.we're the same!

Worst service super long lines and only two people working ridiculous waiting time it took me 1 hour and 30 to cash a check worst bank ever.

Had me waiting in line just to say the line was closed.
Here again and the drive up bank teller hasn’t even come to her lane. We’ve been in line for an hour. 2/2/23
