Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Irving TX

I have taken appointment with Madam Saroja for opening bank account. She helped me to create an account quickly and helped me through out the process, She has an excellent customer service skills and always take initiative to help customers find the best solutions for their needs.

This entire bank has an awesome team and a dedicated staff.

Honestly i had a very good experience, from the reception to the bankers inside, very helpful and friendly and they have left me with no questions, thank you to miss Saroja, and to the lady with the most beautiful eyes i have ever seen in my life.

BOA doesn't value its customers; nothing can be done as expected. I walked in today to get a time-sensitive Notary Public signature, but I was told to come back tomorrow. Since every appointment on the BOA website is already taken, I was unable to schedule one for the upcoming month. It appears that they arbitrary scheduled all the appointments. Despite being a Gold client, it is useless. I'm hoping BOA will adopt a more customer-focused company philosophy.

Ms. Saroja Sathishkumar assisted us nd she was really kind nd polite. She cleared all our queries nd help us.

Quick lines and fast friendly service. Tellers are all very professional, and I never have to wait more than a couple minutes, even if the lines are long. I’m there 3 to 4 times a week my experience is always positive.

We went to the branch with out appointment and Arvin ensured our needs are taken care, he did go through all the options we have and gave best service. Would love to go again to this branch.

I have been working with bank of America for the last around five years. I worked with a few personal bankers in several branches. However, the services I received at this branch from Ms. Saroja Satishkumar was exceptional and remarkable. For the first time someone in Bank of America was listening to my Business and Personal needs and assisted me to sort out issues. Ms. Satishkumar was tremendously patient and walked me through all the processes. She went above and beyond and made calls within Bank of America to make sure I will get all the benefits my accounts are eligible to and she made sure everything works fine and in order. I feel now much more confident working with Bank of America.

I been with bofa for many years and I try to avoid coming into any branches whenever possible because they ALWAYS busy - but ESPECIALLY this location. That being said I had no choice but to come in recently and was blown away by the service I received from Nicole. Yall she is a ASSET! L never been met with such a big smile, and a GENUINE and natural friendliness and desire to help. Clearly whoever leaving all these bad reviews ain't met her. You can tell she care about people and enjoy her job. Thank you bofa, I will make this my new home branch, even though its not the closest one to me. Give this girl a raise and make sure you keep her, PLEASE!

I am new to USA, not aware of bank process and getting appointments. Arvin Massiah (RM Business Owner Specialist) helped me to create an account quickly and helped me through the process. It was really great support from his team too. I really appreciate your support on create new account.

Moving a fast growing business’ accounts from BoA to a relational bank down the street, for a plethora of reasons. Icing on the cake is how the manager LaShawnda handled a situation in which our payroll money was put on hold with no real explanation. After the initial inconvenience, we came back a few hours later to deposit more money to cover our payroll due to the hold. She gave no indication of remembering or recognizing us from that morning. In total we will be closing 4 accounts and 3 lines of credit with them, and are happy to make the transition elsewhere.

I would give this place 0 stars if i could. Had to wait forever for a short line of people in front of me. I'm usually a pretty patient person, but each customer in front of me was taking 10+ minutes. I ended up having to leave before I could even get to the counter. Avoid this location at all costs.

I have Been to BOFA today and our advisor was Mrs Saroj Satishkumar. She was really helpful and quick with all the process. She explained everything in details patiently. She cleared out each doubts and I am so happy with it!

Nobody ever picks up the phone. Ever. It's the most ridiculous and unprofessional method of handling business. It's always absurd here.
