This is a very bad custom service phone number ever. I called over 1,000 times all week long but no one picked up the phone. It isn’t good to do business with.

Today, Tue 11/21/23 about 2 pm, I walked into your branch on S. Cooper st, to deposit 2 checks.the teller, nice respectful young lady, said she cant deposit the 1st check for $1000 due to 2 things: 1st the date was blank. 2nd, the signature of the check's issuer is incomplete! A supervisor lady came in and made matter worse. Arguing that the signature of the issuer is incomplete! I asked the supervisor" did you get the signature card from the issuer bank? And it did not match. She did not like the signature!
I did not get a chance to get to the second check $120,000 that has a scrabble as a signature, my signature!
The supervisor needs to learn, the signature does not have to be first and last name. It was a mistake entering that branch on south cooper in Arlington TX.

A female teller said she has a right to reject coin deposits if she doesn't have a enough room her coin vault, and passed me to the business clients teller, but she didn't even check her coin vault for the available room. It looked like she just doesn't want go thru counting even though most of coins are wrapped with coin wrapping papers. I didn't see any kindness for her customer from her face!

I went in to get a document notarized as i’ve been coming for the past 4 years & i don’t have a regular ID but i’ve been able to use my consular ID just fine, but today they denied me even when i told them i had a passport in my car if that’ll help

I wish I can give a ZERO star.
The branch manager: Miranda is as incompetent (sad to say) as can be! Challenging her customers and not willing to help! Why you confront your customers (a customer for over 25 years?)
I used to like BOA, now I just do my best to avoid them.
Frost Bank is the way you should go.

I have filed a formal complaint on both Twitter account and called the management team. I am almost sire NO ONE will follow up. But, I am determined to reach to the bottom of this.
When I can not simply deposit a check to my business account, and the BRANCH MANAGER asking me to bring in my clients to verify their identity, certainly we have an issue.

I hate having to go into any bank, but as far as big bank branches go, this is a really good one. Staff is courteous and qualified, and ATM is well maintained. The facility is clean and comfortable when you have to wait, but they take appointments online and honor them here pretty well.
