Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM), Humble TX

What an awful experience. Been dealing with an issue for almost a year. Went there to request somebody to help me. Amanda listened to me and just sent me to an office to call customer service. Totally ignore me. Next to me a person was opening a new account. The guy was in the main office right away. In case you have a problem they will ignore you. Is this the kind of bank you want to do bussiness with?

I had such an amazing experience at Bank of America today. My husband and I visited the branch to open a business bank account, and had the pleasure of working with Mrs. Amanda Lott. Ms. Amanda was very personable, and exceeded our expectations. We ended up opening two business bank accounts because she made us feel welcomed. Our original plan was to open one account with Bank of America and one with Capital one. Thanks for offering us such a great experience Ms. Amanda!

I’ve been there more than a few times I always loose my cards. They are super understanding and sweet. And always meet all my needs or answer any questions. Work quick to resolve my issues. If you ever go there ask for Amanda.

Excellent services and attention from Ms. Amanda in this Bank of America branch! She is really a star! Her always-smiling personality makes it a pleasant banking experience. She helped me with exactly what was needed! If you want to open a small business account, Amanda is the person to go to!

I came in to have a document notarized. No one was at the desk when I entered, someone walked past me and on the way out the door said someone would be with me, the lady came and told me to sit and wait, she goes into an office with someone else, 15 minutes later I ask how long it will be and with an attitude asks me if I have an appointment then says the two are with other customers (no one was in these offices besides the people that work there that I could see or hear for the 15 minutes I was waiting) and told me it would be 15-20 minutes more. I left and tried calling the location twice and neither time was my call answered. This location was dead! I wanted to talk to the branch manager but clearly could not get help from anyone. BOA has mostly done me well for almost 40 years until this experience and still need my document notarized. Definitely work on your people skills.

SANDRA greeted me, was awesome annd very professional. She explained details and followed up to be sure my business was taken care of 100% and my questions answered.
Also, YESENIA was very nice while conducting my transaction.
