Terrible customer service. No one at the counter with 10 people in line for 20 minutes. Whenever they did get someone it was only one person.
So sad to see how terrible their customer service is. And calling customer service is even a worse option as you stay on the line for literally hours

I had a very good experience here, but I always go inside. It is small, and if you go in the first opening/parking lot, there’s pretty much only one way out (and if you’re trying to go left, you’re pretty much out of luck) —but the people were friendly, and it was clean. I’m happy to be close to this location!

I had to get one for work and adriana helped me put shoes great I felt uneasy because it was a last minute thing but she made me feel way better and went over everything I needed to know

Worst Bank of America I’ve been to. Always a ridiculous wait for anything and they always seem to be understaffed. Go elsewhere.

Avoid if possible. Always understaffed. Tellers are not friendly. They can work quickly when they feel like it but they don't seem to feel like it often. The drive thru closed about a year ago. And parking is tight.

Their drive through has been closed for the longest time, they close at 4pm, and usually have one teller working at a time. With this being my closest branch, i closed my account i've had over 13 years to Chase as they're close and have a better customer experience.

They haven't had a drive through in months. Not having a drive through is very inconvenient. Especially for those who who cannot get around well. I recently sprained my ankle and having to walk inside and wait in the line for that long is very inconvenient. There never seems to be enough tellers but always extra people standing around watching. I will just go to the Bank of America further from my house.

I had to get a cashier's check, so I stopped by this bank of America location. Just fyi, they don't do money orders.

From the outside it looks old, and the inside is not any better. I waited in line for a couple of minutes, but I did not mind because I was enjoying watching the two tellers that were working being friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don't remember their names. I witnessed both of them chatting with their customers and giving kids lollipops, smiling and laughing. I'm not sure if this was a unique day, but it made me want to come back to this location for any future banking needs.

Worst Bank of America in Fort Worth. There Atm's are always out of service. The cash deposit option is never available. Very inconvenient all around. Choose another location to go to.

If you’re looking to spend an afternoon in an antiquated banking center, this is the place! If you want bank service, go elsewhere.

Not just this location but all bank of America's are terrible.they have 1 maybe 2 clerks working and generally have 7-10 customers in line.they always have 2-3 employees walking around on the floor.how about yall get behind the counter and help.most bank of America's dont use a drive through service any more and force you to go inside. I only use them because it is a corporate account through my employer. I would never do personal banking with them

I have banked with Bank of America for years! Just recently started going to the one closer to my house. 3 times, I have driven over there to use their drive through to make a deposit and all 3 times they were closed BEFORE closing hours. Big sign in window says to come inside. I don't want to go inside, that's why I use the drive through.

Myself and another guy have been sitting here for God knows how long.another couple, not black walks through the door and is automatically assisted? BOA need to do better and be more courteous to others. Not cool.

Terrible customer service. Even when you call to speak to someone it just rings and finally automated voice tells you to go online.can’t even leave voicemail.

Longest wait time ever for the drive thru teller. They have shorted my change order three times and the first time they called me a liar. $2 have been reconciled but they have still stolen $6.13.

I am currently their customer but I am so satisfied with their services, take too long to take care of a business.

This location is nothing short of awful. Been here twice and both times there have been 6+ people in line with only 1 Teller! With that, there are 4 male bankers hanging out in an office occasionally coming out and asking if we needed help. Yes, get behind the window and help people.

The worst experience! This lady at the beginning was very helpful and then this other lady came here and rudely told me she couldnt do anything and kicked me out without a good reason just because there was more people in line and all i needed was to deposit! I will find out her name and i will speak to the headquarters about her customer service!

Slow, not friendly, small, outdated, and just not a good experience. I prefer to drive a bit further to catch a different location.
