Bank of America Financial Center, Richardson TX

I have been calling trying to get ahold of a teller multiple times today and no one can be bothered to answer.

I have been a student at UTD for 4 years now and this bank has been very helpful to me. I have to give a shout out for Kristy Trang, the relationship manager at this branch, for she has helped me notarize my letter and provided follow through help and immediate feedback to let me achieve what I needed.

This bank of america is trash. Hours of operations says 9am I've been calling for 30 minutes and no one has answered the phone. Bankers are not helpful. You deposot money and the faulty system sxrews up and the bank cant help you you have to call customer service. I never liked bank of america and went against my better judgement and opened this account. I now know why. I'm closing my account.

Do not go to Bank of America they stole my money over $8000 the freeze my account for no reason

After I made an appointment online, I went to this bank 10 minutes before my appointment time. There was no single employee in the lobby or in front of the service desk, so end up I had to just sit on a chair and wait.

After passing my appointment time, finally Mr. Vinoo Gopal assisted me to get a new credit card and he was not really helpful.

His explanation was not clear about the credit card that I was thinking of. He did not listen often when I asked questions or answered to his questions and asked me to repeat what I just said again.

There are lots of competitive banks in the US and I will definitely change my primary bank from Bank of America to one of others very soon.

I recommend you guys to talk to different employees if you have to visit this office.

If I could give these “dot Indians” zero stars I would still be doing them justice. They brought out the obese white woman who tried to say they couldn’t do something in the branch when I can go to another branch and there’s no problem with getting things handled. I was trying to save myself a 30 minute drive on a Friday. I swear I saw “Osama Bin Shopping” working there!

I visit this branch quite often as I work in retail and have to make change orders and deposits a lot. I’ve met all four of the ladies there and they have never been anything but nice to me or my coworkers.

This place is a joke. I really wonder how BofAis in business with their hours of operation. I went yesterday, April 25,2109 (Thursday) at 4: 06pm and the office was closed. The hours on the door read 10am to 4pm. Yet on line it shows 9am to 6pm. Awesome job BofA! This is precisely why I won't be doing business with you and will recommend everyone withdraw all money's from this bush league operation.

Best BOA branch I’ve been to hands down. The sorted out a complex financial situation for me to help me close on my home same day!

This bank has horrible customer service, starting with the so called manager Kylee Cravens. She has absolutely no customer skills and no common sense. I’m taking my money out and going somewhere who does appreciate customers!

They really need to hire more personnel. There is always a giant line and always just two poor tellers trying to keep everyone happy.

Service is satisfactory. Without toilet or drink, but offers friendly service and high quality.

Apart from Bank of America app and atm, their financial centers have very little use in general. But this location is very unhelpful. Whatever the question or service you may ask, they would say contact the customer care. Even worse, they said to try a different branch on my last visit to get an account summary. I feel chase bank’s branches are friendly.

Despite bad reviews I decided to test them by myself. They were all great! Manager, teller, client advisor and financial advisor. It seems the management and/or team has been changed recently. I opened several accounts there and their reaction time was even better than other banks (base on my experience of course)

Terrible customer service. The manager cares more about greeting people and putting them in line than helping out customers who are short on time. Do not come to this branch.

Sh**TY customer service. If you walk in without an appointment and want to talk to someone about your account, they will not see you and yet I can see 3 bankers in their offices, sitting and looking at their computer screens, and NO ONE sitting in the chairs across from their desk.
