Bankside Village, Houston TX

I loved it because I came from another state to see my family and they didn't require my truck, just with that there is more than enough good attention, thank you very much to the owners of those complexes I recommend that you look to rent in these apartments, you won't regret it, thanks for everything!

This apartment is located on the first floor with a balcony. It is simple, cosy, modern, and bright. This apartment is great for accommodating up 2 people. The apartment also has the essential amenities one would need. The Apartment Manager and staff have been overall kind and helpful to me.

Horrible customer service and would never be interested in leasing with this apartment complex. Don’t waste your time very disrespectful and for no matter at all

I’m very happy living here at Bankside Village. If there’s a problem the maintenance man comes and fixes it right away. Everything is perfect in my apartment. I would recommend this community to anyone looking for a nice and affordable place to live.

When I use to stay there my apt outlets when out. Mostly all of them. They never came and fix them. Couldn't even. Watch tv on my living room my ac was leaking let my floor all wet supposedly they came and. Clean. It and left my carpet more smelly bad then it was

Our move in process was really smooth in regards to commodity and settling in. The area we are renting in is quiet despite finding dog droppings here and there which it sucks because kids step on. Other than that we took care of fixing some items on our behalf, such as caulking and roach killer spray since we found the windows infested with roaches (believe from previous tenants). Our former apartment complex are rat and roach infested and break ins, and so far here i have only seen a few roaches after our method, it's quiet, and now it feels great! Wish the pool was open more days. When placing a request to fix something isn't a same day thing. Trash area are not over flowing like other places. It's a bit pricy but worth it for feeling comfortable. I have read all reviews and felt iffy before moving in but i think the place is great. Thank you.

This place is roach infested. Quality of tenants drastically declined. People leaving trash in front of their apartments. Staff very condescending. They need to demolish the whole complex and rebuild and get rid of the roaches.

I spoke with someone today, the leak was fixed the ceiling will need to be painted again in the dining area she'll send a maintenance person to repaint the ceiling.

I live here and absolutely love these apartments and have already renewed my lease, BUUUTTTTT THE A/C ISSUE IS BECOMING A PROBLEM. I’ve called the office and put in service requests 4 times in the last 2 weeks, I’ve told them multiple times over the past almost YEAR that the thermostat sparks when I turn it on and still have refused to replace it, the A/C has been an issue for just as long but has become more consistent lately. Again, I love these apartments and they’ve been extremely helpful with everything else, but my light bill is spiking because the A/C never has a chance to turn off. Also, informed the office of this and still no change.

Maintenance changed the light bulb above my dining room table. I had to place a work order. It took about two days after the bulb blew out to get it replaced but I understand that other residents have work which need to be done on their apartment.

There is no laundry available, you have to go wash elsewhere. Otherwise the environment is quiet.

Only thing that this apartment has going on that's good is the price wise. Other then that I would not recommend, security comes whenever it feels like it, My neighbors work vehicle has a bullet in it, and countless gun shots all the time. Staff wise is not the best, they attempt to sugar coat the issues and give passive-aggressive attitude when you bring in issue up, maintenance was not the best but was not that bad.

Wouldn't recommend. Lasted 3 years and I finally decided to break my lease.
*Really bad roach infestation.
*Called various times for maintenance, and it takes more than a week to fix issues within the unit. (Stopped calling due to learning about management attempting to take photos of the apartment and began documenting the information personally instead. I also had to fix issues on my own on various occasions).
* Unit has mold and had to bleach several times.
*Minor cracks due to foundations shifting.
*Informed them about a tree over our unit and its spider infested. (Refused to trim it or do anything about it. / Last year, a spider made a web connection from the tree and attached it to the upstairs patio to my deck.)
*Weekend staff is nonchalant about issues you bring her and responds harshly when receiving information.
*Management comes off condescending.

Good place with some exceptions such as security, we know that no place is exempt but leaving the main doors open 24 hours creates even more insecurity, and we have not been able to use the pools for 2 years, disabled.

Grounds are always clean, people who live here are well mannered, polite. Staff is also on top of their game.
