The Schertz location is the worse place to get imaging. I called to schedule an appointment for a chest x-ray and they tell me that it's a walk in. I get here right when they open to try and beat the line only to be told that I need a CT scan and that's an appointment. So of course I waited for over an hour and was finally seen. I don't recommend this place or any Baptist Imaging Centers.

The person checking in my son had orders for an ultrasound and a chest x ray from the pcp right across the hall. She insisted she didn’t have any orders for the chest x ray so instead of calling the pcp for the orders she had him go ahead with the ultrasound and then made him go across to the pcp to obtain the order for the x ray. At that point he was told to either get in line and wait or come back tomorrow after already being there for over an hour for the ultrasound in which during that time she could have been working on the orders. And by the way the order was attached to the ultrasound order the whole time. This is not our first experience like this.

I showed up for my scan, scheduled 4 months ago, and was turned away because the machine was down. I asked how long the machine had been down and the response was, 3 days. Well then! Why did they call me yesterday then to make sure I showed up 15 minutes early, with my personally printed pre-paperwork completed for expediency? Sounds like they knew the machine was down yesterday since it's been out of operation for a few days now. This place has zero respect for the patients, sadly.

I got an appointment the same day I called, all the staff were friendly and helpful, and they were so efficient that I was only there for 40 minutes for the mammogram. I couldn't be more impressed and grateful! Thank you ro all your staff!

I came to this Hospital with my aunt because of her back injury, and they provided a wheelchair for her as we walked in. The way they treated us was exceptional, and with so much love. God bless y’all!

If you need to have an x-ray at this location you should come prepared with a meal, a blanket, a comfortable chair and lots of patience for your extended 2 to 3 hour wait.

Lord have mercy! I called my doctor twice BEFORE the 3: 00pm cutoff and received no response to a change in my condition and being out of town! All I needed was a potential antibiotic called in to a local Walgreens and they couldn’t even bother to call me back. Hoping I won’t have to go to the ER! Nice!

This is the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had. We went 2 times to get an X-ray, only to find out the doctor didn’t finish completing the order out. We got the run around the 2nd time we went and the employees were very rude, especially the guy. This location doesn’t deserve any stars. They use to be okay when I got my mammograms but I won’t ever go back to this location. I went back to the doctors office to have them complete the order and I used another location on the same day and they were super friendly and we got in and out quickly.

Awful experience. After calling multiple times and leaving messages I was finally able to schedule an appointment. I got to the appointment that I fasted for and was told that they didn’t receive my doctor’s order so I needed to bring it. Why wouldn’t you tell me that when scheduling or when calling to remind me about the appointment? She was INCREDIBLY RUDE. I will be find a new imaging center.

I have been here for 2 and half hours waiting for a chest xray. There is no one waiting that was here when I got here. I never leave reviews, but I work in Healthcare, and for a non emergency, an almost empty waiting room, I have never waited so long. I wish I had taken the other reviewers seriously and went to one of the other centers. But this one is closer to my house. If anyone reads this, and you don't have an appointment, go to another center. Please.

Once I got the appointment the work they did was Professional. However, like the last person I couldn't never get through to scheduling. Stayed on the phone for 45 minutes. Left a message which never got returned and finally drove out to one of the locations to make my appointment. It amazes me that they don't fix this problem

The staff of this location are probably great, but I wouldn’t know because I could never get an appointment with them. I called the Baptist M&S appointment line for 3 weeks, sat on hold, left multiple voicemails, never got a call back, was never able to schedule my daughter’s appointment. Consequently we had to be re-referred elsewhere for the imaging and reschedule the follow up with the doctor who ordered it, which means weeks of extra suffering and embarrassment for my child. If they are so short staffed they can’t get someone to answer the appointment line or call people back, here’s an idea: stop giving all your profits to corporate bigwigs and pay the everyday workers better.

Definitely need to improve their central scheduling. I called four times, left four messages and never received a call backs today I finally called and hit the choice other than “scheduling. ” The employee that answered was obviously rushed and frustrated. She said whomever has the info needed for me to make my appointment had left. Stated they will call me back tomorrow. After I hung up, I immediately called STRIC Breast Center and have an appointment for Monday. I am very disappointed in the system they have in place & will not return.

This place needs some urgent help with scheduling. It's happened a couple times already where they can't find my appointment. Even though earlier in the week it was confirmed and I have paperwork showing my appointment date. It's not fun to drive there in the middle of traffic and then be told, u can't be seen.

Wish I didn't have to even click on one star.

I have tried multiple times to schedule an appointment. The first two times the phone message stated, " leave a message and your call will be returned in the same order it was received". Never received a call back. Continued to call back in order to schedule an MRI appointment. After staying on the phone for over twenty (20) minutes each time I called, I finally gave up each time. Never had the opportunity to schedule the appointment.

I hope you have better luck than me scheduling an appointment. I'll never dial this number again.
