Baptist Neighborhood Hospital - Hausman, San Antonio TX

Went in for heat related illness, was questioned by both nurses as to why I was out on a hot day. BECAUSE I HAVE TO WORK. Never going back again.

Horrible. No initial triage to know if you are having an emergency or not. When asked how much longer was told that cannot tell, they are discharging patients and time can vary. Then told. “If someone comes in and is having a heart attack then wait could be longer”. Well I could be having a heart attack. As large and new as the building is I thought it would be better. I’m disappointed.

I visited the ER a few weeks ago for cystitis. No one ever called me for results, or a follow-up. Please advise your patients on how to access their information, it is unacceptable to just give them a quick fix and not follow-up. I have requested medical records, but I haven't received anything.

I had the great fortune of receiving attentive, professional, and prompt care. Went in at 11pm on Saturday night, the staff was extremely helpful, quick, and kind. Dr. Davids is a fantastic doctor, and his team (including the receptionist) was amazing! Would highly recommend.

I like it here, they're very friendly and efficient. Cleanliness is also a plus here. Been here a few times and never been disappointed. I highly recommend.

Went in for cut that needed 7 stitches and was givin a amount to pay for job of 570 bucks. Then was later billed over 1100 for extra expenses. Be nice if they were up front with all the expenses not later send such a big bill for me. Never will I go to a shady emergency care place.

Had an appointment for an annual physical here. The receptionist was friendly and attentive. I was seen at my exact appointment time. Absolutely no waiting. Highly recommend!

Had to go to the urgent care the other night 0100 at night feeling like total garbage. Sinus infection that flared back up. The entire staff was amazing got me in quick hooked up to an IV, knocked out x-rays. Easily one of the best medical experiences that I've had. Thank yall for taking care of me.

Receptionist is really rude. Unbelievable why a woman with such a poor attitude is representing your facility dealing with the general public. After I called her out, the nurse (obviously her friend and co-worker) was so incredibly rude giving a bad attitude. Too bad I won't return despite it being so close to where I reside.

Leaving still in pain but at least got the diagnosis. If you have severe pain don’t come here!

I love this neighborhood ER. I have come here MANY times with different things each visit. Anything from severe headaches, to stomach pain, to skin lesions. Each time I get a different doctor and different nurses but they are all very compassionate. The doctor always ask “is there anything I can do to make you feel better? ” Before I leave. I’ve had bad experiences before at different ERs where I genuinely believed they were trying to kill me. As a result, I’ve developed trust issues, but here i feel safe because they listen to me and respect my wishes. If i ask the nurse to stay in the room to make sure im not having an allergic reaction, she does so. If I ask the dr to not use contrast on my ct, he listens. They all do. Which definitely helps put me at ease during my visits. The wait is always pretty fast too. In n out within thee hour depending on which labs they are running. Where as other ERs i wait 3 hrs just to be seen.

Hate this place. I've gone here three times for same pain, and they say nothing is wrong. The pain is worse now, and F this. I'm not paying you!

It was a great experience the staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and the wait time to be seen was short.

NEVER RECOMMENDING this ER. The physician on duty was horrible assuming I was”faking” my lower back pain which I could not sit stand nor walk because of the severe pain I was experiencing. The NURSES WERE EXTREMELY CARING with my situation and is the reason why I’m showing the only star but the billing/financial department was just as horrible as the physician with the audacity to assume I had no insurance because they never ask nor had me fill out anything, telling my husband that a one time discount of $1,200.00 was the charge otherwise I could expect a 60-80% charge that could be anywhere in the range of $8,000 - $10,000, unbelievable! I left because they could not diagnose my condition. I ended up at a different ER where I received the proper care and treatment for my diagnosis.
