Doctors are great, now the front desk girls are rude and act like you're stupid or something.
Called me the wrong name and got mad when I didn't reply to the wrong name when it was clearly printed on the paperwork what my name was.
They loudly talk mess about the patients they just got off the phone with or about the ones that just get sent back in front of other patients who are waiting.
These girls are not professional whatsoever.
Again Dr. Benavides was very nice and helpful, but I could do without the front desk having an attitude.

I went there because I have a ear infection and they said no it was just ear wax but it wasn’t because I went to the actual hospital a day later and they said my ear was so infected that it’s swollen shut the pain is ugh and this could of been avoided if this place that I went to first actually knew what they were doing

Literally went there late at night and I didn't use my insurance and the bill came out to 200 and I paid it and then weeks later I get a letter in the mail that I have a debt to them for 2700 but 1300 was already paid so now I owe 1400. Idk if this was an error but now I'm getting mail saying I'm in debt when I never even paid 1300 and that wasn't the bill I was given when I paid

I checked in at 2: 45pm and was out by 5pm. The front desk, nurses, and doctors were all friendly and helpful. Nurse Monica recommended a tea that would help soothe my sore throat. Thank you.

I went there yesterday mid afternoon to the ER. Despite there being a good amount of people for a small hospital I didn’t wait no longer than an hour in the lobby. The nurses attended to me swiftly, and also made sure I was comfortable throughout the tests and waiting for results. The Dr I seen was understanding and listened to my concerns. During my visit I also received a CT scan. It was my first time here and was surprised how well equipped this hospital was. The ladies at the front desk were a little quick to the point but I didn’t experience any negativity here. I would come back.

We know now why this place has such a bad rating. Took my son in November 29th 2023. He has Covid, was hoping to get an antiviral to help him with the severe symptoms that he has. But the doctor did spend 20 minutes lecturing him about getting the vaccine. Finally after the lecture, I had to prompt the Doctor to check his lungs, take his blood pressure etc. There are people that are fearful of the vaccine, so why not help them with the antiviral meds that are available. Knowing how sick he was, they took forever getting his paperwork. He decided to just leave they were all chatting at the desk, and they stopped him and told him his paperwork was ready, but would not give it to him unless he went back to the room. So we just walked out. I suggest going to a different hospital. I thought Doctors take an oath to HELP people when they are sick. Not lecture them on their opinion.
Update: . My son is very ill, severe vomiting, horrible headache, high fever. All because the doc would not give him an antiviral meds two days ago. How did this doc know he was not high risk. Because of his age. Sickening.

The staff at this hospital is rude from the person u see when u walk in to the nurses in the back. I felt like I was at southwest general hospital and we all know that’s not a compliment smh. I’ve been there twice myself and the second time I was bleeding out so bad my ear was ripped halfway off the I was bleeding everywhere. Then a little boy came in having seizures bleeding bad he busted open his head. They were so rude to the dad and made them wait for ever. I was getting weak from all the blood I was loosing so I got up and went downtown.last night my mom went in unable to breathe they ended up transferring her out to another hospital she was so bad and thank god for that because the way they were acting while my mom was literally dying in pain and unable to breathe they literally acted like it was there job to help her. I was asking for help the dr had already seen my mom they never came in after that my mom was suffocating she couldn’t breath she was panicking cuz she was about to pass out. I walked to the nurses desk and said my moms about to pass out can I please get help in here and all 6 nurses there literally ignored me it was dead quiet I know they heard me I’m literally standing in front of them so I asked again and again all of them avoided eye contact and ignored me. They didn’t even have the decency to say ok well get ur nurse for u. It was more like that’s not my job that’s not my patient. Then the nurse comes with all this attitude saying we have to wait for the dr to come in while my is gasping for air. I told him the dr was already in here what are you talking about. All the attitude from every single person there is unnecessary. The lack of sympathy and empathy is unethical and it’s sad. My mom was so bad they had to transfer her to another hospital.don’t bring anyone u care about here to yourself the favor and drive the extra 5 min to downtown.

Beautiful staff always caring very professional no matter how simple or difficult the concerns are they are always addressed in a loving kindly way they are always great that's why we always choose to come here first just in case I'm transferred out

The staff and service at this location is a joke. My husband was treated very poorly here when he came in with a hand/wrist injury. The Dr did not examine his wrist or show him the xrays taken. Last night was by far the worst experience ever had at an emergency room.

ER Dr and nurse working on Sunday night Nov. 12,2023 acted as if I was a nuisance for going there to get emergency attention. I had gone there because I had passed out 2x already at home. They both proceeded to tell me nothing was wrong and they couldn't find anything. I was discharged and as I was outside waiting for my husband to bring our truck so we could leave. It was only 5min later that I was being picked up off the ground by the emergency staff because I had lost conscience again. I don't understand why Dr's treat you like this and are still able to keep their jobs. I seriously wouldn't go to the hospital if I didn't need to.

I am currently here in excruciating pain wailing and crying and a doctor has yet to see me. If I could I’d leave right now but I can barely even walk.

I’m a nurse myself, but I waited in pain with an extremely high bp, and 8 hours of waiting was finally administered clonidine and toradol with no recheck of my bp to ensure it had decreased. I had attempted to call to speak with administration but was always told they were in a meeting or off. My nurse was nice, and I understand they were busy, but I’ve never received such poor healthcare. Atleast greet the patient and see if they need anything or attempt to check on them as this is an emergency room. Right? I will never go back here.

I brought my daughter and they are so nice, I would definitely come back if she needs care again
