BAR APPLIANCE SERVICE, Magnolia TX

We have a Coyote grill and Coyote directed me to call Bar because we need 3 new parts. My partner wanted to order these parts online; but we needed someone from Bar to come and get the model numbers so we order correctly. He came and said we needed the 3 parts and I gave him a new battery for the starter to see if that worked. He said he can't find the model numbers, but the office will let us know as soon as possible so we can order them and know their cost. It was 125$ for him to come and literally do nothing. Not his fault at all, but this is very poor company policy.

I have a 3 year old Viking Refrigerator/Freezer. BAR has been out 5 times in 3 years for the freezer not cooling correctly, frost on items since the beginning. First of all, obviously, I have a lemon $12K product. But, the failure of BAR tech to diagnose what is wrong & promptness of completing the issue is unacceptable. I’m not even sure why I’m referred to a company in Magnolia, TX. This adds to the length of time, days even a week, it takes to get a response to my issues. This will be the second week we are completely out of Refrig/freezer. The issue was “fixed” Wed-stopped working today-now have to wait until Tuesday, for a tech to come out! Second week not working. Crazy. The dispatcher never calls me when she says she’ll keep me posted. They are a real SH— Show!

Bar came out and changed the orifices in my Viking stove from
propane to natural gas. The technicians did a professional job and made sure everything was working properly before they left.
I live about 100 miles form Bar Appliance Service, considering the distance they had to travel, the price was very reasonable. I highly recommend Bar Appliance Service!

Charged me 375 dollars to clean the ice machine and said if this didn’t fix it, they would come back out and apply that cost to future repairs. They came back out and said something was cracked and needed a part. They said they would email me a quote. I called back several times and was given the run around. Never heard from them again. And they never emailed me back. Do not use them at all.

Fast and Easy service! I called BAR because they work on Viking refrigerators. I spoke to Amanda and after I explained what was going on she said it sounded like a voltage board. She said she would send the part with the tech just in case. Sure enough she was right. The tech was in and out in less than 1 hour. Good friendly service! Thanks BAR
