Bark N Lounge Pet Resort, Keller TX

We took our senior large dog there for 5 days and paid for a bath and nail trim. She came home smelling great and very exhausted. I know she had a great time. It’s a very nice place and we will continue to use them when we need a boarding place.

I stopped in to apply for a job, but watched more than a handful of interactions between the clients, their dogs, and the young man who was running the whole show at that time.
Andy was attentive and respectful, giving the pet parents updates about how their pet had behaved during their recent stay there. He knew exactly who was there to pick up whom. Seemed to really care about the dogs and doing his job to the best of his abilities.
I look forward to hopefully becoming part of the team at this facility. But even if it doesn't pan out that way for me, I certainly will be booking any of my future dog boarding needs here!

Stay away from this place! Our dog was kept locked up for 14 hours straight without a single potty break! Noticed one of the staff members kicking our poor dog on camera. I've talked to several people who have had similar experiences, and some even worse! The manager was even seen diddling a small dog.

I had to give a star to write a review. Andy has no customer service! Rude, no knowledge and wondering if she treats me this way how is she treating our fur babies! My dogs vaccine expired on the 2 nd and she told me rudely that he can not come. Maybe the proper thing to say is can you update before you bring him as this is our policy. No hung up on me and was so mean. Called back as he got updated within the hour and she canceled our stay for him via email no call. She would not answer my calls. We found an amazing kennel dogs rule! Accommodated everything and are sooo nice. Customer service 5 stars at dogs rule and very understanding at last minute after the inappropriate and rudeness at bnl. Do not take you babies to this angry disgruntled place!

They took such great care of all three of our dogs and I love the fact that they were freshly bathed and nails were clipped. I highly recommend BNL for your beloved fur family because they are fantastic!

Great people that really show attention to the dogs I was just doing maintenance and observing from a third party point if view. But if I had a dog I wouldn't hesitate to take it there, I'm sure they would love the attention given.

Excellent place for my lil doggies! I loved the fact that they separated the small dogs from the big dogs which is especially important when you have a 5lb dog. I felt comfortable dropping/ picking up my babies and wasn't worried in between as I've been with other places. I would definitely recommend this place.

There is a review of this business on a local website by a former employee. The accusations are awful, just awful. Facts were verified by actual owners of the pets. I had one bad experience here and now I know why. I strongly encourage you to look into this "Pet Resort" before placing your pets in their care.

Been bringing my 2 boxers here for a long time! Each time they both come home tired and exhausted after a full day of playtime. The staff is lovely and always works with me on bringing them on days convenient for me. Highly recommended place for doggie daycare. They have a pool outside, water features, and turf yards keeping it nice and clean.

Professional staff who loves my pups! So glad Andrew is back and the other person that was “managing” the kennel is gone. 10/10 recommend

We love bark n lounge! We’ve been coming for years! And we will continue to trust our babies to BNL! They always make our puppies feel happy and wear them out! Such a great place!

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE YOU EVER BOOK WITH BARKING LOUNGE. A former employee just posted this and I am SICK to my stomach. I boarded both of my pups with them and something all felt off but I couldn’t figure out what. This is the most disgusting, neglectful, and HORRIBLE type of business.

This establishment is passionate about the care and well being of your pets. They go out of their way to go above and beyond typical standards set by pet boarding. Great place for your fur babies to get great love and care while you’re away ️

My dog Miloh has been coming over the past year for doggie daycare. Miloh being a puppy still has so much energy and when he comes for daycare he is always worn out when he comes home. He use to be a really shy and anxious puppy but now that he has come he has gained confidence and from what I can tell and the staff he loves being there and plays well in the group setting. The cameras also help me see him play! I highly recommend

Have tried different boarding spots including Creekside, Dogs Rule, and Pappys all in the Keller area. Then we recently found Bark N lounge which has far exceeded the care and love for my dogs than the other facilities! Highly recommend my Keller neighbors to try them out!

Been bringing my dog here for years for boarding & daycare. I have personally talked to the owner and the things they have been doing to get Bark N Lounge to be a safe and fun place for all dogs is very commendable as he is very hands on owner! Please ask for Steven when inquiring he will take care of you

Bring our dog Rosebud here many times! Love the staff, the place, the yards, everything about it has been great for my dog. We have used Bark N Lounge I would say a good 15+ times over the years and each time Rosebud has had a great stay. I recommend this place for anyone who needs doggie boarding!

I have boarded my dog at Bark n Lounge for years and have never had any problems up until his latest stay. My dog was treated well and the staff was kind but all of the items I dropped off with him were misplaced, requiring me to take a second trip 35 minute trip to pick up his things the next day. When I arrived, they could not find the blanket he arrived with, so we will need to purchase a new one.

While I can recommend their services, I would strongly recommend labeling all of your dogs belongings and would advise management to rethink the way they track and store clients’ personal items. I am exploring alternative boarding services for our next trip.
