Barking Oaks Pet Resort, Temple TX

Awesome service! I know my two large dogs (yellow and chocolate labs) are in good care when we are away. Everyone there LOVES dogs and knows them.

People were nice enough and we felt good about keeping our dog there overnight. But when we picked our dog up we noticed that the food we left was still full. When our dog got home he was ravenously thirsty and hungry. Just the facts, and it’s a shame because we were hoping for a back up kennel for when the one we usually use was booked.

Just called to get a price quote and after getting the quote on a bath and nail trim, I asked an additional question and was automatically placed on hold without any warning. That really does leave a bad first impression as far as customer service.

If I do try this place for my fur babies, I will update this review, but as for now, the person who answers the phone should practice her phone etiquette.

My dogs love going there. I don't have a problem when they take her. She must feel safe because she jumps to there arms when they speak to her.which she never does unless it's fanily.

Very pleasant experience for my Buddy, staff was nice, his grooming was immaculate and the cost was very affordable, will definitely be back and will definitely recommend friends, Thank you Barking Oaks for great service and also for a great harness I purchased, DOGLINE Brand Harness is the Best.

Brought my fur baby to get Christmas pictures taken and the staff was lovely! Everyone was so nice and took amazing care of my baby, the pictures came out awesome and they have a store in the front and it has so many adorable items! 10/10 definitely recommend they will treat your babies amazing?

My dog has been going here for several years now. I am very satisfied with all services we have received. When my dog sees the building he is ready to jump out. I love my baby boy and I trust them with him. He attends daycare and boarding

I’ve been taking my dog here for boarding and daycare for a while now and i have to say i’m extremely pleased with the service and facility.my dog is always well taken care of and is excited to go everytime.as soon as we make the turn onto the street he is wagging his tail and jumping up and down with excitement.cleanest and most dog friendly place around!

I took my two fur babies to barking oaks yesterday for the first time, I needed advice on how to handle the two together, I was given great advice and helpful information, they made me feel very comfortable, I decided to go ahead and leave my toy Poodle Luna there for her first haircut, they did an amazing job, I now have a new groomer, thank you barking oaks for making our day, can’t wait to see you next time

Honsey & her trainers are miracle workers. My new addition; Hazel, adopted from a shelter needed some manners & many changed occurred on her 1st trainging class! Unbelievable!

Came in today for a training and daycare consultation. I have a 5 months old pup that has been going to another training facility for 3 weeks and No results. Within 15 min Hansy made a miracle happen I will using them for all the services they offer.

It was a fair price and great facility for animals boarded and groomed there. I didn't get the cut for my dog that I requested although they told me he was a difficult dog to groom because he was scared.

I love barking oaks stuff they make my dog always feel welcome and whole. They never come back scared or nervous

We have had it with this place. Expensive grooms that were not completed, paid $300 for puppy training & every time we went they either couldn’t find our trainer or today we went & all the trainers were at a dog show. They are disorganized & ver unprofessional. They didn’t bother to contact us to let us know. We’ll be asking for a refund. We learned more about puppy training from a book.

In a sense, it's the little things that count. We appreciate the helpfulness of the staff, and our two dogs seem to like it when we take them there. Their service is "good plus"!

We LOVE Barking Oaks and all of our experiences with them for boarding and grooming have been exceptional! They are nothing short of amazing and I would highly recommend. I have been coming to Barking Oaks for 10 years I owned teacup Yorkies and they do a great job grooming and taking care of them. The last boarding they had was over two weeks and they were super happy to be there. The staff is very friendly and The place is super clean I recommend this place to everyone

I visit barking oaks frequently and my dog Bean loves going to daycare here! The daycare staff are super friendly and attentive and they make sure my dog is comfortable when she boards. I’ve never seen a cleaner boarding facility this place smells great every time I walk in. The team Hansy has is great too, they always start up great conversation when I come in and are very welcoming. My dog is always super excited and practically drags me inside when we pull up.

They took extremely good care of our 2 schnauzers while we were on vacation. We were on vacation, and so were they. Highly recommend Barking Oaks.
