Barnaby's Cafe, Houston TX

Nice downtown diner. Food was ok and priced reasonably. One of us liked the meatloaf. My Lasagna was ok but tasted pasty. Servings were huge.

I found this place walking around the corner from the Museum of Fine Arts Houston. Food is tasty and fresh! I ordered the La Jolla Chicken with bacon added Came out looking better than the picture

I have been in a few Barnabys through Houston and never get disappointed. They are very consistent, and the quality and taste are always the same. Love the decor and atmosphere.

Same great service, Same decor. Thats about all the good things left. The Food is now mediocre at best. The Mac and Cheese looks to be straight out of a Kraft box! The Grilled Cheese my kid had seemed to be made from the same Singles you get at HEB. The Cookies are NOTHING like what they use to be. This place use to be SO MUCH Better!

Easy parking. Very relaxed atmosphere. Michael was great! I enjoyed my strawberry margarita, the spinach dip and chips perfecto. The kids loved the burgers. Definitely will go again.

The portions are very large, be careful when ordering, it is beautifully decorated with many puppies. I liked the detail of the bathroom announcement

Our waiter, Felix, was amazing. Very welcoming and made the experience great. However, I did end up having a bug in my burger. The situation was calmly handled and the meal was removed from my ticket.

Wow! Felix was amazing! Food out of this world! Peach cobbler fresh! Everything was delicious and the service 10 stars! Thank you Felix!

Dropped by on a Sunday and it was perfect timing at around noonish. Right after we arrived, the rush of people came in. I had the meatloaf! HUGE portion. Strawberry lemonade was delicious too.

This location on Binz is awesome. I tried the All Beef Hot Dog and added chili. It was HUGE. It was truly the best chili cheese dog I ever had.

We arrived right after a literal bus full of people came in. It was already fairly packed due to it being noon.
But we (my son and I) were seated at the bar right away. Wasn’t our first option to sit at the bar— but hey, we got seated.

Food was great.
Service was great— even being that slammed.
The bar tender/server ended up giving my son a free cookie on our way out and he was excited for the rest of the day.

We had no issue or problem — not even a slow down of service even though they were slammed.

Love this place and we try to go whenever we can.

Lazguna awful, my friends complained too much pepper in the food. Maybe they were having a bad day because reviews were good.

After a hot day we searched for something close to the museum of natural science. Couldn’t have picked better. We had some of the best Asian wings, yummy and than the burgers with the thin fries…outstanding! And you can bring your dog to the balcony so cute! It was not as busy so we parked at the garage level 1. There were notice that you can park above with ticket validation from the restaurant. Great place!

Party of seven here. There was nothing we ordered that was not absolutely delicious. From the appetizers to entrees. Will be back we all loved it. I had the meatloaf it was so tasty! The portions are great as well.

This place is just wow. First of all, everything I’ve tried- burgers, breakfast brunch (weekends only), grilled chicken, hummus, sweet potato fries, several others- is just fantastically delicious. The atmosphere is cafe/bistro- laid back, good energy, bar, patio or dining seating. The service is great, and they always take my food allergy into concern. Parking is easy in the garage next door. It’s our go-to spot!

Excellent selection, Turkey Burger, tasty and unique! Would eat there again and again. Oh yeah and the service is above all! Friendly, relaxed, and on point.

My family and I love Barnaby’s! We come after every zoo visit. My kids love it, the environment is relaxed and the servers are all so kind and on top of it! My favorite thing on the menu is the Lebanese chicken salad! It is amazing, and it is definitely on my “last meal” list!

This place surprised us. The portions were exceeding and abundant what you have experienced before. We took no pictures because the food was delicious. We ate a Mediterranean chicken salad, rib-eye, lasagna, buffalo burger and guacamole. The service was excellent. Your food comes quickly. Again, sorry no pictures! You will not be disappointed eating here.
