Barnes & Noble reviews
23Costumer Service was good, there is a Starbucks coffee inside and Spanish books section on the second floor.
A big great bookstore in a large outdoor shopping area. One of the few big bookstores left. Big selection of books.
La Cantera location has great quiet little seating areas on the second floor perfect for enjoying a coffee and browsing their amazing book selection.
Prices may not be the best, but the in store experience brings back that excitement feeling I used to get when walking into some stores before the online world took over commerce.
Always dirty bathrooms and cafe. Other than that the folks that work in the book store are fabulous!
Lots of variety. Very organized. They also have a Starbucks inside which makes you're browsing experience even better.
I like the idea of bookstores, but I don't see how they stay in business. They either can't or they refuse to compete with Amazon on prices. I'd hate to see them go the way of Sears, but I will not overpay for books.
Love going to barnes and noble great selection great prices always go here for my next exciting read
Do not bother going here unless you like long lines with one cashier and no employees anywhere to be found to answer questions. This store definitely needs a new manager. I get much better service at half Price books. They lost a huge sale here today!
Great store, great variety; the employees are just not that helpful. The Starbucks is always super busy and this affects quality. Overall is Ok.
A big and modern bookstore. All topics for all budgets. Books, magazines, toys and a coffee shop inside.
Never touch the hand rails or the door handles.lots of people coughing this one day I went and I got sick. Gross!
Barnes and Nobles is pretty over priced. I kinda don't get it. I suppose that they do have a lot of books but sometimes it is so over priced I would rather not. Same goes for the movies and dvds. The DVD selection isn't as good as the book selection.
They have very good collections of books. I buy Workbook for my son from here. They have Starbucks coffee and snack shop inside. It's two floored and it has escalator and elevators. Kids section in in upstairs.
On two occasions I have visited Barnes & Nobles to purchase softback reading materials for incarcerated adults and they have been extremely helpful in assisting me with the aelection and
ordering process.
LOVE this Barns and Noble! Great selection of books, everything is easy to find and it has such a great atmosphere for all kinds of people, all ages.
The kids love it here and they have a very good selection of books and gifts for family and friends.
I love this store! The employees are always friendly and the store is kept clean. Pricing is awesome, especially during the holidays!
My favorite B&N around. Two stories with a massive selection. The Cafe is good and the associates are super helpful. And both bathrooms have changing tables! What a plus!
