Barnes & Noble, Midland TX

I recently had to order some items curbside and the whole process was very pleasant. The employees were super nice and I'm glad I had a good experience.

I always love going to Barnes and Noble! Great selection of books, magazines, and manga/comic books. They also have awesome toys for little learners and board games. Awesome children's section that my kids love to shop in. They did move things around tho so take the extra time to get to know the new layout.

A perfect place to relax and read as much as you can.

I go for the chess games on mondays however its pretty chill. Kinda like café but with more interesting books. Seating is very comfortable and the music is always nice.

As a marine biologist I love getting my books from here. Online or instore this place is the best. If you're looking for a nice read and not sure to buy yet sit back on their lounge area read a bit. I buy biology books and all kinds of animal books from here. The managers are great and their employees are even just as good. I recommend this place to everyone big or small they have it all. Toddlers to adults novels for every one. Please check this place out it wont dissapoint.

Didnt have my book but cant beat the experience of the store. If youre a reader like me your gonna love this place. Nice cozy atmosphere with refreshments served and sofas to lounge and read. Cool place to visit

The Starbucks has demo games to play while you enjoy you tea (or coffee) (the green tea matcha latte was actually pretty good), the selection of notebooks and pens always amazes me and there are cozy couches to sit and read a good book you found. This is a great place to meet up for group work, waste an hour or 2 wandering and reading or finding that perfect book.

One of our favorite places to go when we just want to get out of the house. Love the cafe. Tends to be where we hang out. The sandwiches and flat bread pizzas are fantastic though maybe a little overpriced. Great staff. Several of them recognize us when we come in and are prepared for our order.

I love having an actual brick and mortar book store that still exists in the age of ebooks and digital downloads.

Always helpful and has the books I want or need if not they will try to order them for you. Just be patient it can seem disorienting if you dont go to bookstores often but if you need help just ask staff is always courteous and kind.

Love the store wish we still had a book store or hastings type store in Odessa. Just hate the wait in the lines, all those registers for only 2 cashiers kind of like Walmart.

To Darby. Several weeks back when I was visiting from out of town, as I walked up to you, showing you my phone with the book I was looking for, you replied “must you shove phone in my face” what a dramatic reaction and I certainly didn’t shove it in you face. I had a sore throat and couldn’t talk well though, was medicated and trying to find relief in a book and you made me feel embarrassed and horrible! So all in all yes I must shove phone in face in certain circumstances and others will too. How about you learn how to interact with customers since it is your job. That was the first thing you said, not hi or how can I help you, If I’m silent and not talking clearly there was a reason, also what if I couldn’t speak at all, that would have been very awkward for you had that been the case, I don’t know your name but you make me hate visit this location especially cause I visit the service desk frequently. Every time I see you you make me want to walk back out the door because of how you made me feel as a customer that day, it’s a shame cause I’m here for awhile and you’ll be dealing with me a lot for the length of my stay in west Texas

Great selection of books for adults. I wish there were more books for toddlers learning to read. There are letter teaching books and then beginner reader books but nothing that fills the gap from learning letters to words.

Bog standard Barnes & Noble. They have a great selection of roll playing games, fiction, nonfiction, and a great children's section. Can barely get my kids out of the store half the time.

I love to go to the #Barnes&Noble off of 250 because I can look for a good book and get a good coffee. Excellent customer service!

Best place to go for tangible reading material. Very helpful friendly staff. They order it if not in stock.
