This is my favorite Barnes and Noble! It's huge, and very well laid out! Clean, and the employees are very helpful!

Good ambience, clean, well stocked. Visited in December, that day they they had a group of teenagers singing Christmas Carols, beautifuly performed. I found nice stuff on sale. I would have given 5 stars if the ladies at the register where giving smiles and have put more effort in customer service.

Online ordering to pickup was super quick. Staff was nice. Decent Texas focused section, including Texas history, atlases, and road trip books.

I didn't spend much time here as I only needed to pickup a book that was purchased online. The line for the register was short. It's heartwarming to see people still interested in books and bookstores. This location seems pretty well stocked from a quick glance.

Store has declined markedly over the past few years, and staff used to be merely indifferent and now presents as flat out rude! (except David, you rock bro) Likewise the book and periodical selection is has degraded from just mediocre to flat out abysmal. Spend your money at Book People instead. I'd buy from Amazon over these clowns and I hate Amazon.

Awful selections. They cannot keep current on their periodicals. The staff are unfriendly and borderline rude

Barnes & Noble is a great place to find what you are needing! The cashier lady helped my husband and I to the section we needed and so many new selections that we even got Christmas gifts as well! Awesome place that always has what you are looking for and then some!

A real life bookstore! I took my dad and it was a great experience. It is big, has two stories, a large selection and a café with prepared food.

This place is massive and has tons of selection. Includes a good toy section and a Starbucks as well.

My experience was terrible. Item was advertised to be on sale, along with the rest of the items stock. When went to checkout, they said my total was 4x whats listed. When brought to the manager they said “someone else” put the discount sticker on the item. Management embarrassed me and made me stand by the checkout for 10+mins while they proved what I said was true. Manager wouldn’t compensate for anything, and was the worst customer experience I have ever had. Maybe have your employees mark sales correctly 0/10 the worst booksellers ever, stick to Amazon.

This store is nearly in disrepair. It's sad because you can tell it was once worth a visit, but it's obvious that whoever is in charge of taking care of this place is not doing their job.

The lights upstairs are so close to being strobes at this point, they should come with a seizure warning. Shopping upstairs for longer than 5 minutes without getting a migraine from the flickering lights is a feat. I don't think I've visited once where both escalators were working. Staff is usually okay, but when I asked the cashier for a bag with my purchase, you would have thought I asked her for the keys to her car - and then she tried to talk me out of it. A bag. It was weird and uncomfortable.

I like supporting brick and mortar bookstores, but whoever is in charge here needs to give it some TLC fast, and give your poor cashiers some bags, because you're making it difficult.

Nice quiet, large bookstore with a large Starbucks. Friendly service, well-stocked and neatly organized store. Large magazine and writing journal selection. Well lit, parking in front.

Great selection. Of course the best part is that this store gives more options for purchasing. You can even order a book and pick up outside. Pretty neat.

Everyone is so helpful here, and honestly walking in to a physical location for books is such a great feeling. Would love it if there was some better seating here though!

What use to be the Metaphysical section is now "Self Help" which seems very whitewashing and sweeping the section under the rug. The Metaphysical section is almost always the only section I personally care about and this seems like some kind of regressive erasure because of evangelical Karen's taking offense to the presence of books people like myself seek out.

Also the flickering florescent bulbs gave my companion a headache. #sensoryissuesmatter
