Our washer broke and its been 4 months and they won't fix it this place is trash I would not live here

Crystal is very professional at what she’s does she was nice generous and helpful with everything. Very great with the application process.

One of the maintenance people left a sh! ^ on my mother in laws bathroom floor that wasn’t there before they came A LITERAL SH! ^

I really do love it here. I feel very blessed that we found this place. The staff are super friendly and helpful. They worked with us with our bad credit and the pet deposits. The apartment is nice, clean, and updated with new floors and appliances. It is quiet around here. There's a dog park for our dog, which is super nice. And the biggest, most important issue for me is. I HAVEN'T SEEN A SINGLE BUG! (knock on wood) This is the only apartment I have EVER had that didn't have bugs. I am through-the-roof happy to be here and super thankful to everyone who helped get us in.

I been living here for about l little over a year and I love it here so much. The staff is amazing all around. Today I want to reach out and thank Lalo the maintenance guy, He came down this weekend to check on our ac unit and had it fixed in less than 5 minutes. The attention to detail and courtesy they have with us is amazing. Mari, Jessica, and Lalo are the the reason this place feels like a real community.

I wish I could rate lower. The maintenance here are the worst, I haven't had A/C in the last 3-4 days now. I probably have a ton of work orders open because they never fix anything, yeah email me about a great community, but can't even live in a unit without power going out or A/C never working. Don't move here 1005 a month for unlivable situations.
I've had the tub replaced (first couple weeks here)
Both sinks
Water heater
Door knobs (still have not fixed)
Hey the A/C and heat going out.
Lights are almost always off guess what no more groceries again. Save your money don't live here

I love it here. The apartment complex is clean, I have great neighbors and the staff is awesome. I have no complaints so I just resigned my lease agreement for another year.

The office Staffs and Maintenance are AWESOME!
Especially the ladies in the office Marisela, Jessica and now Christina, Great Customer Service and very respectfulWe’ve been here since 2017 and Never had any issue with break-in’s with our Vehicles nor also our package deliveries.

Been living at Barringer square apartments for about a year now and all I can say are good things. Management is nice as well as the area. Jessica really took care of me due to how fast I needed a place to live, while maintaining a good relationship with her. They also do well on keeping track of work orders and make sure the job is done right.

Management should probably realize that telling your customers that prices are going up-and-up probably won't Sell an apartment

Pretty/cozy floor plans but there’s domestic fights like every other week.you can hear everything. Not a gated community. Don’t move here if you have a family with kids or if you work from home.

I have been living here almost 3 years and I love it! The staff is always willing to help and are always nice. Jessica and Marisela are awesome and they go above and beyond to help and make sure that I as a tenant feel safe and have my problems taken care of. The grounds are always well kept and the maintenance crew always handles my requests in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend to anyone to move here.

I have been living in this apartment complex for a while now and I can honestly tell that its a wonderful hassle free experience. If I do run into some problem, the management is quick to act and solve it for you. I am specially grateful towards the manager Ms. Marisela Garza who helped me avoid some tight problems with my lease without any hesitation. I would highly, HIGHLY recommend seeing her in case u have to deal with or want to work something out with the management team. Trust me, she's the BEST.

Barringer square is a great place to live at! Haven’t had any issues at all. If you’re interested on moving in see Jessica M. She is very helpful and will provide you great customer service.

Maintenance is sorta slow at times, but management is always willing to put in the extra work to make your stay comfortable. I cannot recommend this complex enough. 10/10 Gladly renewed and happy to be where i feel comfortable and taken care of
