Some of the nicest people you'll ever do business with! And lightening fast. Had my whole system replaced in 2 hrs! So professional and polite even when I was an idiot and wrote my phone # down wrong and left him wondering where I was. (I was in the bedroom with the TV up loud to distract my dogs.) Would recommend them to anybody anytime! Five service!

Outstanding staff. I was having trouble keeping my house heated. I called and the lady who answered the phone was polite and attentive she told me she'd send someone out the same day. Chris, Jordan and Jonathan showed up and were extremely polite and knowledgeable they checked the furnace and found the thermostat to be the problem. They installed a new thermostat and they worked together really well. These men were highly professional and they even took there shoes off so my carpet would stay clean. There prices are reasonable and they care about there work. They were diligent and thorough to check everything. I highly recommend Bart's Heating. I am sitting here in my warm home typing this and very thankful that this company exists.honest men and they don't try to sell you anything you don't need only what's broken.that's honest and that's what you want! Thank you Bart's Heating you are my new heating company. I will recommend to all who need there heating or cooling services worked on.

Been using Bart's Heating & Air for years (and I like we share the same name) ; they've always been quick to respond and prices are fair. The last time I called they walked me through some troubleshooting over the phone and I was able to fix the issue. I offered to pay for their help and they simply asked that I call them back if I have any heating or air issues in the future. They're the benchmark of great customer service.

The techs that came to our house, on the same day at no extra charge, were professional and very thorough. I was extremely impressed with their attention to detail. I apologize for not remembering the names. The service was performed on 6/25/18. I highly recommend this company!

The techs were thorough, and quick. Very nice clean cut non smokers. Felt comfortable with them, and the price was fair and honest.

Barts just finished replacing our 17-year old Janitrol/Goodman 10 SEER system with a new Carrier system - condenser, air-handler, refrigerant lines - the works. We called them Tuesday and they were out early this morning and done by 11: 30 AM. Pleasant folks to work with, the system works great, and a very fair price. If you ask around in Justin or on Nextdoor people speak highly of Barts and I can see why. Thanks guys!

Bart's Heating and Air was recommended to me from one of my neighbors. We purchased an A/C system with a heat pump. Great guys to work with. Very professional. Very responsive. Each time we contact them for service, we receive
excellent service. We give them 5 star Rating.

I called Bart's yesterday (5/13/2013) for an air conditioner tune up and they showed up in less than 30 minutes. The two guys that showed up were professional, curtious and honest. They checked the system and found no problems. They will certainly get my call if anything goes wrong with my system.

If you ever have an A/C problem call Bart's. We have called on them a few times over the years to fix our A/C, and they are the absolute best! As you tell them over the phone what your problem is they already have an idea of what's wrong and give you an idea of what to expect. They always make it out before they say they'll be here, and they are very courteous. Last year we called Bart while he was at a family gathering, but instead of turning us away, he told us how to fix the problem (a fuse) over the phone! Bart's has earned a lifetime customer with us. We will never go to anyone else.

Cannot say enough good things about this company. 7 years I had to deal with another company due to the warranty on my new home. I called today at 11: 30 am and a technician was at my home in a hour. They really explained things, offered solutions and really worked with me. I was referred by a friend and I too will refer my friends and neighbors.

We had a gas leak at our heating unit that Bart inspected and repaired within 40 minutes of my first phone call to him. I had never heard of him before this problem but will definitely call them from this point forward when we have any issues or need a new system. Very friendly and professional.

Could not be more satisfied. Called Barts late on a Sunday afternoon in August. He tried helping me over the telephone but that didn't solve problem, so we decided on a service call. He was knocking at my door in less than 15 minutes. Wow! That is fast. Needless to say, he found the problem rather quickly and had our A/C working again in no time. His service call fee was very reasonable for a Sunday evening and that is something I can really appreciate. Nobody likes being taken advantage of, including me. Thanks Bart. You will be my HVAC service company from now on.

Richard came out and quickly diagnosed our issue. He was courteous and explained every that needed to be done. The parts he had to order to get us cool again came in quickly and he came back the same day he got the parts. I have referred his company to many people who all have the same feelings about this company.

I live in Harriet Creek Ranch and my AC unit stopped working during the night. I called Bart's at 8: 06am and they showed up within 15 minutes and had me up and running by 8: 40am. This is the third time I've used them to service my AC unit and every time I have received this type of service. They are top notch.
