Such a cute dessert shop. Options from ice cream, cookies, cupcakes and other treats! Customer service is great!

This Baskin Robin's never has ice cream. I dont know why I keep giving them more chances. Its 8: 30pm and they close at 10pm but they have already cleaned the machines and put the ice cream away. Not going back.

Update your store hours so that way when I come at 9 your employees dont ignore me for 10 mins at the speaker box. They didnt even attempt to address me that they close at 9 until I drove up to them. That leaves me feeling like I wasted my time because it says your close at 10 when you close at 9. I can do

The service was very good but the waffle cones were very stale. This caused the bottom to become very soggy and nasty. Had to through out part of all of our cones.

Very bad place! Manager is never there. No team leader. I have gone there to see what is happening with my refund of a cake I ordered in February that they didn’t make for me. Told me I would get a refund and till today haven’t received it. Keep getting told from employees that the manager will give me a call but does not happen. I also emailed the manager a d called several times. So they kept my money. Very bad service.

Only drive thru is open. Last 2 times I have gone out of waffle cones. They are not friendly at all. Will be going to another location from now on.

Love this Baskin Robbins! We come here at least once a month and the customer service is always great, as well as the ice cream quality. The cones are always fresh and they give us heaping scoops of ice cream. Definitely worth the price and worth the longer drive to come to this one. Always happy here! Highly recommend!

Come here often disappointing how every time we come thay have no selection and a large portion of there icecream flavors are not available and service is very slow.

The staff here are very nice. This is the first baskin robbins and dunking donuts combined that I myself have seen at the very least. I got to say its nice combination of donuts, ice cream, and iced beverages. Everybody will enjoy the selection and combinations of the menu that these two stores have to offer. Nice place for the kids.

The new management and staff there is great! Thank you so much ladies for making our experience memorable and enjoy late night ice cream and donuts for the next morning! We'll be back

They closed early on a Friday night! Hours posted on the door and on the website are until 10 pm. We were there at 9: 30 pm. So then we drove out of our way to another closed Baskin Robbins that was suppose to be open until 10: 00 on Spring Cypress and Stuebner Airline that closed early as well. We were there at 9: 50. Another customer pulled up after us only to find out they closed early. The employees just ignored our tugs on the door.

Sign said they close at 10pm however the employess clock must be running 15 minutes early because they were already closed.

Sad Experience. I wanted to give my granddaughter a treat, so we made a stop at Baskin-Robbins. I was impressed that the store was offering a free waffle cone with a double scoop ice cream purchase. My disappointment was that not only were there no donuts available for sell at the time of my visit, but there was also a shortage of ice cream flavors. Of the 6-8 flavors available to choose from some showed visable signs of having melted. Although the flavor I selected did not have viable signs of having melted, I could tell that it had gone soft and was refrozen from the consistency of the cream once I started eating it. The ice cream was clearly sub-par, consequently, I feel that it should have been discounted! They will have to offer a better quality of service than what I witnessed during my visit today in order to keep me as a customer.

Horrible experience. Supposed to be 31 flavors. There were 4 flavors and they weren't labelled. The guy that was serving us seemed annoyed that he had to tell us. Restroom was out of order. Staff was not friendly. Not the baskin Robbins I remember from my childhood.
