Baskin-Robbins, Houston TX

The people who work at this place don't have minimum respect towards customers. I do like Baskin Robbins but would not recommend this particular place to anyone. I was taking 3 scopps and when I tried 3 flavors a lady in a very rude way said I can't try more than 3. I wanted to take 3 scoops and the cashier charged it for 2 scoops and 1 scoop separately, and at the end was rude when I asked him the reason. Baskin-Robbins learn to respect your customers.

Very good customer service! Everything is fresh from the waffle cones to the ice cream. Love it here!

Today at 3pm, the girl never acknowledged me and serviced a lady that came in after me. I don’t care if the lady was joining people who were there, she came after me, and order and paid for herself. It’s not like the people who were before me paid for her. At the end of the day, she came in after me. I should’ve been serviced first or at the very least acknowledged. Bad customer service, I visit frequently. Will be taking my services elsewhere.

First off the hours are confusing, it says they are open til 10, but the sign on the door says 4: 30.
Secondly they don’t let you try any flavors not even one.
Third it’s not welcoming they have all the tables and chairs out up which is weird cuz isn’t this supposed to be an ice cream shop where you can sit down and enjoy your ice cream before it melts?
Fourth I REALLY didn’t like how she so quickly said no to my request for trying ice cream, I’ve never had this before and for me to not be able to try it first is a little sketchy. But you know it smells nice. I decided not to spend my hard earned money here. Went to Jeni’s ice cream 15 minutes away instead.

Stopped by Baskin-Robbins in a while and was surprised this location had more than thirty one flavors! Had creole cream cheese and it was very creamy and good. The staff was very nice, too. The parking was confusing and a nice guy at valet parking directed us where we could park for free.

The machines were down so we could only pay in cash and they refused our coupons (which were the whole reason we went) but no one warned us of this until it was time to check out. We were willing to look past this until I found a HAIR in my icecream. Grody.

It's baskin robbins. You won't be disappointed with the ice cream, but I can't say that I was blown away.

I would have given them 5 stars but parking here is awful. I know that's something they may not be able to improve, but if they could fix that, it would go a long way.

Good ice cream. Tight parking lot sometimes with other businesses nearby. Have not had Oreo ice cream stocked several times for some reason.

Ordered mothers day cake 1 week in advance. Showed up to pick up cake and no record of my order. Wife's mother's day ruined. Extremely disappointed

My favorite spot! I love ice cream so I might be a bit biased, they have a lot of selections and it's amazing for all different tastes.

With 46 plus flavors to choose from there is plenty for everyone.
Located on a small & nice shopping center, easy to get and even has outdoor seating.
