I came here a few nights ago, the employee truly had patience with me & my big family & he was so sweet! I don’t remember his name but is started with a H or maybe S I’m unsure I didn’t catch it but such a sweet guy! We had a coupon that the school gave us but we weren’t able to use it at that location but he called his manager & told us where we were able to use it at he was truly sweet.

Baskin Robins has always been a favorite. This location is clean. Staff are friendly. Social distancing is minimal but its a small location so its to be expected.

OMG, please.you've got to try the
Wild N Reckless ice cream! Or if you get a Wild hair.like me.go for the banana split! Go get a SMILE ️ in a cup! Add some hot fudge

"Courteous customer service and yummy ice creams"
This was my complement few months ago and I gave them 5 stars at that time. Since then I have been to store several times and also ordered Uber but they are very stingy about scoops and I noticed that if you do multiple orders, you get less amount scoop wise, but if you order one or two then it's ok. I also purchased fresh and also from freezer and amount they fill up is always one inch less than the actual quart you get from the fridge.
Some how flavor of cherry toppings is different than what you buy from stores and I often pay 99$ cents for extra toppings and can anyone believe that I was told that you get One Cherry in 99 cents LOL. I asked the person to speak with the manager and he said he comes in the afternoon. This is completely rip off.
In the picture sundae scoop looks so full and they use kids scoop minus x for sundae depending on the serving person.
Please improve you service so I can again edit and give you five stars like I did first time.

Ordered from Uber Eats. False Advertising from part of Baskin Robbins. Apparently when you order a sundae, they give you a kids scoop but they do not indicate that. When I called, the manager was horrible! He did NOTHING - NOTHING to resolve the situation and blames it on Uber Eats. The ice cream is not a good flavor. Uber Eats refunded me but I’m never coming to this location again. They are crooks.

I went there on my birthday. I ordered several scoops of ice cream. I also had a coupon for a free scoop of ice cream for my birthday. When I showed the guy behind the counter my coupon he stated that I could only get a kids cup. By this time he had already scooped the ice cream into small cups. He put the small size I requested to the side and proceeded to scoop the kid cup. Customer service is terrible. I won't return to this location.

Would give 10 stars if I could, the lady Giselle is the nicest human on the planet she definitely deserves a raise.

I will now never go to any Baskin-Robbins ever again, the staff at this location refused to let me 3 year daughter to use the restroom and she wet herself, I hope the store closes and everyone loses their jobs

This store canceled my online order I placed over a month ago which out notifying me staff is rude and unprofessional

Ordered the pumpkin cake for a birthday party. It looked like a 7 year old decorated it. I expected better from this franchise. I took the cake home anyway because it was for a birthday and I didn't have time to get another and I wasn't in the mood to argue. Ridiculous for an order prepared ahead of time and an easy one.

The employee was courteous and the store is very clean. My only complaint is that they have a huge sign that says every 31st They have the scoop promotion. I went today October 31st & asked the employee if the scoops was on sale? The employee said, “ my boss said not today. ” I walked to the sign and advised him to tell his boss to remove that big sign because that’s false advertising.

This was the worst Baskin Robins experience I’ve ever had. The worker there was extremely rude and had no respect at all. I recommend to never come here unless you want a old Indian man to disappoint and yell at you for no reason.

Very bad service totally disappointed, the guy working over there seems new guy I told him to write a name on my bday cake and he told no only manager can write and he was not in the store.thats not good choice to go for a cake please visit different location don't go there, I was not at all satisfied with the service given to me.

Arrived at 7: 50 and the door was locked, door had a closed sign, and there was about 5 teenagers playing around inside. We noticed they closed at 10 so we knocked on the door and an employee opened the door and said “we are close for the day” we pointed out that the sign said they close at 10 and he said that it’s wrong and that they close at 8 but it was not even 8 yet. He gave a big attitude and told us if y’all can order in 3 minutes y’all can come in. It’s disappointing how a business can let this happen.

Business hours are incorrect. Always closing early, even earlier than the posted times on the door claiming that they need to cleanup before closing. Why say you close at 10pm or 9pm when you start rejecting customers starting 8: 30pm? This happened to me at least 3 times at this location and I’m never coming back.

Poor and slow customer service. Associates are intentionally working slow to close the store soon.

They are open from 10 am to 9 pm every day. The employee was courteous and the store is very clean. The only complaint was that the fudge was not hot. Not a big deal give the generous size of each scoop.

This location is great with its close proximity to other food joints like Gyro King.
