Baskin-Robbins, Kyle TX

We were really disappointed with the cleanliness of this location. All trash cans full, trash on tables and floors, tables and floors sticky, chairs/benches dirty, ice cream with incorrect labels.

Website says store closes at 10 PM daily. It is 8pm and it has a sign at the door that lobby is closed.

Website says they are open.but it is only half true. Only the drive thru is open. We were looking forward to getting ice cream and sitting down and chatting.

When I grew up with Baskin-Robbins they were always known to have 31 flavors. That was their slogan. This location has less than 15. Such a big store for small selection.

What was once a selection of 31 flavors—Baskin-Robbins "31" stands for a different ice cream flavor for each day of the month—has grown to more than 1,400 in its flavor library.

Love Baskin Robbins Ice Cream, but don’t recommend this location. Poor customer service and they are always out of a lot of items. I will be saving calories and spending my money elsewhere.

Never has anything on the menu. Every time we have gone there or ordered from, they're out. Even people in line trying to order or through the drive through, you can hear them naming what they actually have since they're out of everything when people try to order. I'm guessing the only reason they're still open is cuz of the Dunkin.

I placed a Uber Eats order for two sundaes. In my experience with Uber Eats when a restaurant is out of something they call you. This time the restaurant didn't bother. The driver told me they were out of the sundaes I ordered. We worked it out and by the time my order was delivered it was a completely different item than I was expecting. The toppings tasted stale. I threw it away, received a refund from Uber Eats, and did what I should have done the first time and bought a pint of ice cream from the gas station. This shouldn't have happened if Baskin Robbins did their job.

Consistently out of flavors and toppings. Over the past year, out of the six times I have ordered online or been in person, it has been a disappointment. Doesn’t matter if it’s the weekend or during the week, something will be missing.

I have never been so upset in a business. Ordered a birthday cake with an edible image. It was the worst experience ever the image was not on the cake straight and they chopped off the subjects head! Please tell me what cake decorator in the right mind would consider this acceptable, like I wasn’t going to notice his head gone! I’m told by the store employees that they can’t do anything the manager would have to handle it. I’m beyond upset at this point

They're always out of everything. The only way you can get decent services to go inside because they're very rude to the drive-through when you ask if they have a flavor and they typically don't have it. It's not worth the time going there.

Gave this place 2 chances and both time they got the order wrong. Had to have them repeat the order 3 times and they still messed it up and shorted me on ice-cream! Help help Kyle TX and stop going here so it can quietly close.

So disappointed with their new Matcha Top green tea. It's glazed donut with matcha powder top. The glazed are overpowered, I can't even tell the matcha. I wish they came as matcha frosted donut.

Chloe was very rude! No customer service training. I won't be back. My family won't be back. My friends won't be back either! Terrible time at my favorite ice cream shop!

I do not know how they stay open.if they aren't out of something, they have little to no respect for their customers

I always try to give you guys the benefit of the doubt. I wait months before I try again and each time you have failed. Banana splits don't have Rocky Road, I'm chocolate or we only have dark. I specifically ask for hot Judge topping and strawberry and you always mess up add pineapple or caramel which I hate. I don't understand why you guys mess this up. It's on Uber and I left my review there as well. Wow

Since when do these companies get to start choosing whenever they want to be open or not like like if it says 11 o'clock it should be open till 11 o'clock or at least 5 minutes before 11 but no this place is shut down almost half an hour before 11 o'clock. Wow

The best ice cream you can find in Kyle, TX. It was my first experience with Baskin-Robbins and I liked it a lot. Compare to Amy’s or any other hand crafted ice cream in town it is better I think.

We always come here, the girls working drive thru are rude. They are always out of the cappuccino blast, and always want to get my kids ice cream that is always listed on their menu and they never have it! If you never have the ice cream listed, it needs to be taken off it has been there months. Need to get it together.
