Absolutely DO NOT get the cookie butter ice cream! There was only 5 bites of ice cream and the rest was a clump of cinnamon!

The Owner was very personable offered me samples even though I didn't want one, I still really appreciate the offer, unfortunately No Orange Sherbert had to go for the rainbow instead. We will Definitely be back!

Found an ice cream cake that will fit the need, got some ice cream cones while there, glad was able to walk in.

I went to order some ice cream for my mom and I and was told when I called that the inside would be open however I pulled up and got out of the car and it was locked and 9: 11 PM and by getting out of the car I lost my place in line and had to wait an extra 15 minutes in the drive through, I asked the manager on duty (an older hispanic lady with bob hairstyle) for a discount for the inconvience and all she could offer was a sad story and said no and went on to say that she was trying to "take care of the customers" WOW I am a customer! She offered me nothing for the inconvience not even a free ice cream cone.

I've been enjoying this ice cream store for over 40 years. Always a great product, and very friendly staff. It is a Waco icon. The store is always extremely clean, the service is fast, and the quality is always great. I can see looking out the window, at the line of cars, that the drive-thru must be popular. But for myself, I enjoy that they have such a nice dining area to sit and enjoy my ice cream.

You can't beat their French fries anywhere in Waco. An old fashioned cheeseburger and fries.delish!

Just busted this location for my first time, having my son in law and my grandson in tow. Service was prompt, place was clean.

More importantly for me, we are continuing a 60 year tradition of going to Baskin Robbins with grandpa. Just wanted to thank the staff for doing a great job!

So I come into the building and almost immediately I get helped and I said I don't know what's be easier so I just showed her my phone and I hand the lady in my phone and she's like oh I got you and then she realized there was something missing from the ticket because this wasn't for me this was for a customer through favor and she's like did you give him a call I'll talk to him it'd be a lot easier if you would because they were missing some things that they needed for the rest of their ticket that you know would help she calls them and she talks to her for a good minute breaks it down just an absolutely blissful experience I got to say that's got to be the top notch service I've had in a long freaking time you know a long time thank you random awesome lady at Baskin-Robbins thank you God bless!

$7.45 for 2 scoops. One was a summer creation (turtle), after they made it, they said all the pieces hadn't arrived, charged full price. Would have been ok if told when ordering, so he could have gotten a cone. $4 just for the turtle that wasn't a turtle

My ice cream was great as usual vide is they don't like it don't know any black people.

The only reason they get two stars is because the ice cream is always good! The service this time was far from good this time however. The boy that waited on us was rude, and tried to rush us with no other customers. Her knew nothing about the ice cream ingredients. When I told him I had an coconut allergy, he did nothing to try to figure out if what I wanted to order had that ingredient. Never once said thank you.

As soon as I entered the establishment a roach crawled near my brand new shoes and startled me, They seem not to care about their sanitation and were also very rude to my daughter, I would give this 0 stars if i could

Ice cream was so good and I'm picky when it comes to eating desserts.the service was great.

Had a coupon buy a sundae and get one at equal for $. 99. Ordered 2 scoop sundae for both and it was $8.64! 2 scoops said $4.49 so how was that $8.64. RIPOFF

Very unhappy! My wife came in there a week ago and ordered a full sheet Frozen 2 cake and prepaid $40. It was to be picked up 2/9/20 at 11: 00am as my 2 kids party was at 11: 30. It was with white cake and world class choc ice cream.my kids fav. Shes there at 11 on the dot only to be informed that the cake wasnt made. It had been forgotten! She had to choose a basic premade cake from the cooler with choc cake and vanilla ice cream and generic icing. My kids hate choc cake but there wasnt any other option but oreo. My kids were in tears and needless to say the day ruined. But hey they offered to send us a $10 gift card so i guess its all better.not! Never again Ps. My daughters name ended up being mispelled on the replacemt

Pretty much the definition of a "happy place". Our visit was great; everyone got a triple scoop. Yum!
