Hate this location with all my heart! Lmao every single time it's a mess, rude young staff dirty sticky Duncan donuts too since they're combined l. It's just a mess, takes forever for no reason at Baskin Robbins

My kiddos and I had trouble using the Baskin Robbins Gift card of $45 on-line so we went in to ask for help. The young gentleman there went above and beyond. Thanks y’all

We had the pleasure of visiting Baskin-Robbins with friends and family and had a pleasant experience. As we entered the establishment, we noticed a trip hazard. There were two employees working, who were very nonchalant about acknowledging us. As we were standing at the counter waiting for someone to assist us, we noticed flies and other black bugs on some of the donuts. We ordered a cake to be picked up here. However, it was a good thing that the cake was not made at this location. We were not notified of the change in the pick location prior to arriving at this location. After this experience this, we have decided that this location is not a suitable place for us and our needs.

Rarely have anything in stock. Orders are always partial when delivered. Cedar Hill needs more options for Ice cream that's Dairy free. This gets old

Out of just about every ice cream flavor on their menu with awful customer service. Don’t even waste your time coming here

Worst place ever never have I ever had this low level of customer service the shift leader is a joke this place is a joke. We came in to pick up our ice cream cake we had order 5 days before there was no cake to be found. The shift leader called the manager the manager didn’t take no responsibility for not having it there. They gave us a cake but not what we ordered, will never go back to this place. Pretty pathetic for not taking responsibility for there mistake but by the looks of it I’m not the only one. DON’T GO THERE!

Has to be the dirtiest restaurant I have ever visited. The amount of flies and smell of dirty water thru my face mask made me uncomfortable to purchase anything. The ice cream cakes were frost bitten and passed the best by date.

We typically go through the drive thru for donuts and drinks and have always been bothered by their service. Ordering a dozen donuts and the manager gives me 3 bags where all the donuts were smashed together.

As a loyal Dunkin customer, I’ve decided to never purchase or set foot in this disgusting franchise. Shame on the employees who work here.

Always out of ice cream, and cappuccino. Service is terrible, they have even tried to give me the wrong flavor Ice cream and tell me it’s the flavor I ordered. This place is ridiculous. The oak cliff location is much better.

They never have any ice cream! Arrived at 8: 50pm to be told they were closed but they don’t close until 10pm! Who is the owner/manager of this location? ! Its just awful!

Terrible service! Always out of ice cream, no waffle cones, would not honor the special price that is clearly posted inside the store.

I don’t understand how you close at 10pm (Baskin Robbins) but turn people away at 8: 15. What type of business is this? Never again.

This location only has the Baskin-Robbins sign & no ice cream! It's really just a Dunkin location. So don't get catfished like I did.

Poor service. Walked up to the door after a customer walked out and then noticed the doors were locked and saw the staff and not one of them came and said a word to myself and my family. We then drove around to the drive thru and sat and no one said anything. As we drove by staff just looked at us. Almost wish I didn't have to even leave one star. Cedar Hill TX poor sorry service and customer service.

Everytime I go they are always out of something! Very frustrating you would think because they are an ICE CREAM place they would actually stay in stock with ICE CREAM! Smh

The employees seemed as if they did not know what to do or say. Go there to pick up my order and they don't have it and didn't notify me about it or anything. Not professional at all, where is the Customer Service? !

Worst customer service and my order took forever for 2 drinks. Employees were rude unprofessional.
