6 Ordered a cake two weeks in advance for my husband’s birthday. Showed up and no cake had been made. The manager on the phone said she saw my order, but it must have not printed out a cake slip so she never made it.
It is crazy that such a large company doesn’t have a check system for its orders. It solely relies on a single slip of paper to print out. No follow ups. No order tracking. A special surprise was completely ruined. I was offered a refund, or a choice of one of the 4 cakes in the freezer. None of them even close to what I had ordered and none that my husband would enjoy. $40 wasted. We will be sticking to Costco cakes. They never fail!
Terrible service and unsanitary conditions.
The place has serious health care concerns with visible areas of mold and dirty, clogged filters laying out in the customers view.
Similar to the other reviews, they flat out act ignorant when approached about honoring promotions such as T-Mobile Tuesdays and do not accept them. Rather they lie to you that it's a carrier issue.
The girl in the back was on her phone and yelling at the customers and yelling at the one other employee who was actually trying to service the customers.
One would think I am just making this up, but feel free to take a look at the photos as well as other reviews from the last few months. I was truly appalled and not expecting this type of experience in a very pleasant Flower Mound community.
This is not a good location. The owner’s need to step it up. There is always only one person ever working, which is too much on that person. Also they refuse to participate in Baskin Robins deals. So they won’t let you buy 4 quarts of ice cream at one time, since it’s 4 for $20. They instead tell you they have to ring it up 2 at a time so you have to pay $12 more. No thanks, I’ll go somewhere else.
Sweet girl working. But the place was FILTHY! Tables filthy, floor filthy, no paper towels in bathroom. And out of whip cream? Out of waffle bowls? Yep!
Don’t order ice cream from this place with Door Dash… apparently they can’t read. Will randomly pick the ice cream for sundae and don’t follow recipes such as a mocha blast. I got iced coffee
