I ordered a photo ice cream cake and it was so delicious! There were a lot of ice cream options to go with the cake compared to other stores. Alyssa was so nice and decorated it exactly how I asked. I am very happy with my experience with this store!

This place is always a challenge. Just today, I tried to order a chocolate milkshake and three different pre packed quarts in very basic flavors. Uber driver calls and says sorry they can’t do any of this order. They quite literally had nothing including chocolate ice cream. What? Very frustrating. You can read other reviews with the same experience. Why are they even on the app then? Don’t bother trying to order from here.

There is a limited selection of flavors (24) and a few of the flavors are freezer burned. The shop is pretty clean. I will say the peanut butter chocolate was awesome and the people working were polite

Placed an order online for a cake a week prior to my event. We showed up on the scheduled day for pick-up, and the store was closed! There were literally men doing construction on the building. I tried calling the store a few times also, and nobody answered. The fact that I was able to place an order for a store that wasn't even open is ridiculous. I should have been notified by someone letting me know my order wouldn't be fulfilled. I ended up having to place an order at the Rufe Snow location, which we should have done from the beginning. Thankfully I scheduled my pickup a day before my son's party, so there was time to get another cake made. I called this location two days later, and their voicemail box was full. I ended up calling corporate and am waiting for a refund.

Don’t order on line with is place especially on Uber eats. When you order on the Uber eats app Baskin Robbins will go ahead and process your order and then when the Uber driver gets there to pick your order you will get a phone call stating that they are out of ice cream it’s happened to me twice now go to Braums dairy Queen anywhere but here then to top it off after the phone call I got I went on the Uber eats app and canceled the order obviously then got charged a cancellation fee.

While closed hire better employees and train them before opening.the crew there is the worse specially Akira eye rolls

I came in to buy an ice cream cake. I asked for Happy Anniversary to be written on the cake. This simple request took more than 35 minutes to complete. The store was completely empty when I came in and 3 people were working. When I finally got the cake, it was clear that a mistake had been made and they scraped off the icing and tried to cover their mistake. I will never return to this store.

I was the only person in the drive through and waited there for 15 min before they even took my card. Milkshakes were good though

I refuse to go to this location ever again. I do door dash and I am declining every order from here from now on. Too slow to get orders out and I feel always ignored. This store needs help badly.

Didn't have bananas for banana splits. I ordered caramel sundaes and got chocolate. The cost for 3 sundaes was 11.00.went through the drive thru and was very slow. Customer service was great no complaints there. I probably won't go back.
