The staff was nice and polite. They worked quickly and efficiently to serve me and my kids our shakes. The place was clean and bright. But the dining area is still partially closed off.

Poor customer service and, no inside or outside seating at all. The ice cream is stale, old. Freezer burn taste. First and last visit.

Courteous service, but a bit on the slow side. I usually end up getting prepacked ice cream to speed up service. I also believe because there isn't as much business there's not so much turnover with ice cream sitting in tubs for maybe months on end. We're in November, but Baseball Nut is still there! Stick to the prepacks for now.:)

We felt very rushed despite wearing masks and being the only customers in the place. Besides that very clean, and how can you compain about the ice cream.

Love that they have so many flavors. I haven't tried but a few, it might just take a while to get through all of them! On our latest visit, the kids got the Creature creations.so cute!

They wouldn't give me a sample. I wanted to try their cotton candy ice cream. It looked really good. If I liked it, I was going to buy some.

Unfriendly and rude employees that ignored the line and served newer customers over ones that were waiting with a bonus of a bad attitude.

Who doesn't like ice cream? ! LOVE this place! Very nice & accommodating. My only true disappointment is that certain flavors are only seasonal. However, they offered to check other locations, found what I wanted & had it waiting just for me the NEXT DAY! ANYONE in any industry willing & offering to special order something for you is a TRUE CUSTOMER SERVICE SPECIALIST!

It was so bad! It wasn’t thick just like water
It was milk with little bit of ice cream. I tried to return it but the worker was so aggressive he told me he washed the tools and he will not make another one for me. Also he didn’t let me know his name. It was 12: 05 am (night shift) it was disgusting how he spoke with me. But the more disgusting the taste of the shake. I tried to taste it after that I throw in the garbage.
Recommended don’t go there

My favorite ice cream of theirs is blue raspberry sherbert but it is no longer available. But it is the first place that ever had blue ice cream and blue ice cream has been a long time fantasy of mine because blue is my favorite color.

Some staffs are really nice, but one of them is truely rude and has never showed patience while my son picks his favor.
We may go back again. Just the experience is Not pleasant.

Went with my son. Some kids' team was in there. A woman was there paying for the team. Some of the team arrived late so I was queueing in front of them. When I was ready to order the lady behind counter asked me if Im part of the team. I said no. She said team first but Im already queuing in front of them. Why should I move behind them right? Not my fault they were late. So I left.

Baskin Robbins has such great ice cream flavors to pick from. They keep the store clean. The staff is always helpful and kind. Plus the last few times they have been honest in a positive way which I appreciate. I bought a Pralines & Cream Ice Cream Cake, which turned out so creamy & scrumptious! BR is a must during these hot days!

This place is hit or miss. Sometimes they have enough staff and everyone is super nice and the ordeal is very good. Most of the time they have limited staff (1 or 2 people) and they just can't keep up with the traffic causing aggravation for themselves and the customers.

Horrible store. The employee just used his hand without gloves or napkin on the cone and kept it on the platform where everybody keeps their hand.

I asked for something which was not frequently available so the workers reached out to the manager and she was very rude

Clean and bright. Friendly staff, and each table has an outlet with USB outlets by it! Plus the ice cream is yummy!
