I ordered a cake on Tuesday 01/16. I ordered the Kiss me cake. It was done on time. My daughter picked up my cake today and it was sorry, lop-sided the heart wasn’t a heart shape and uneven. I called and they said I could take it back for a refund. When I did they said I couldn’t get a refund because I took it out the store. I asked if I could get an exchange since they had a decent pink one on the freezer they said no. Also for my message I requested for it to say Capricorn Queen and it said Kiss me, but also they had messed up since I could see the bottom was smeared. Will not be purchasing from them again very disappointed also did nothing to try to make it better. Just to take it tomorrow to get the name message corrected, the manager was going to be in at 11 and we have our lunch at 12

I don’t know what is going on, but today Nov 20th they were open but no one answered the drive thru nor was anyone visible in the store. I watched 5 cars go through without receiving any service.

Just had a bad customer service experience at the drive thru between 4: 40-4: 50 this evening. I asked the guy working the microphone if they still offered the mini ice cream cakes, which he confirmed they did. I then asked him what flavors they had available. He stated he did not know. There was then microphone silence. When he came back he asked again what I would like to order. He never offered to find out what flavors were available. I left without making a purchase. It seemed as if he did not want my business or did not have the time to provide service.

I have been going to Baskin robins for over 20 years and recently I had the worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in history. I bought a quart of ice cream and they gave me the wrong ice cream and then said that I could not switch it for the correct one. They refused to give me their names and refused to give me the store number. The stores location is:

They treat people so wrong. The lady I was on the phone with said she was the store manager, General Manager, and the regional manager. They made me and my family feel so uncomfortable I really feel like never going back there again. The rudest experience I’ve had in customer service. Then I tried calling and they hung up on me and never answered the phone again. Poor service. Very disappointment in a company I’ve been going to for years. They should be ashamed!

Went tonight around 9pm and everyone was very nice. Place was clean and ice cream was great!

We came in to grab a quick treat. A very nice young man named Daniel helped us …. He was so awesome my oblivious husband even commented how good he was! Keep up the good work Daniel!

My boyfriend ordered a cake online for my bday which I pass this location after work to home, so I offered to pick it up. I went in picked up the order he placed and get home and he says the candles aren't here. (yes, he should have told me he got candles but when you place an online order you SOULD get EVERYTHING you ordered) He ordered 2 packs of the 24ct candles. So the next day I go to either get the candles since he bought them or a refund. (we have plenty of kids can always use the candles for later birthdays) There is a young girl as well as an older lady mid 30's to 40's in my opinion. Very RUDE I told her my issue and she said well did you ask for the candles I said no my boyfriend placed the order I wasn't sure what he got besides the cake. She rudely said well we don't put the candles in the freezer with the cake. I said look I just a refund or the candles all that was unnecessary. I DO ONLINE ORDERS ALL THE TIME. It is their responsibility to make sure the order is fulfilled in my opinion. So, if you do an online order this is a warning they do NOT check to see if they fulfilled the order, they just get a name grab the cake and you are out of luck if you ordered candles and don't ask for them. That rude lady could have handled it better. A simple sorry you may get the candles would have been just fine since they lack the capability to fulfil orders.

Employee working did an excellent job and she is entitled 5 stars because of her hard work. The 1 star I am leaving is for the owner/operator. Get your staff some help. Poor girl working all by herself with 12 guest in lobby and 3 cars in drive thru. I mean come on. I wouldn’t be surprised if she quits very soon.

It was great. Atmosphere was pleasant and so was the staff. I had the double scoop Peanut butter chocolate Ice cream and also a triple scoop pistachio almost and creamy coconut for the wife. Delicious thank you guys

If I could put zero stars I would. My boyfriend and I came at 9pm on 1/18/23 and ordered in the drive thru. The girl taking our order was very rude and rushed us. She cut us off as we were saying our order and said pull forward. We asked her if she heard what we said and she rudely said “yeah”. Horrible experience at this location in Summerwood by H-E-B. If you hate your job, don’t work at an ice cream parlor.
