Basse Nails & Spa, San Antonio TX

One of their nail techs, Ann, made me bleed on several fingers as a result of being too rough with the sanding tool, and I got misshapen, unclean nails that were noooot worth their price. Frankly the experience was not great because on top of this she was generally kinda rude:/ I don’t think this is their overall experience as my friends nails by nail tech Rick look great

Excellent service! I have been getting my nails done at Basse Nails for the past 5 years and every time is fantastic! There is a wide selection of colors for dip, powder, and regular polish and a variety of pedicure services. The technicians provide an intimate, personalized experience and will always leave you feeling pampered and beautiful. They have done my nails for my wedding, vacations, galas, and all of the events and holidays in between!

This place does great work. My gel manicures last weeks and weeks. I am loyal to Peter. His work is so very good. Get a pedicure with him. You will be glad you did!

I'm giving them 3.5 stars because they are friendly and they are fast. On a busy day I waited about 8 minutes before I was helped. Not bad on a busy day. But the 2x I went they waited until my service was almost finished to ask if I would like some water. Kept trying to suggest gel polish because they didn't like doing regular polish. And the work shows as I set for 30 minutes for them to dry. (Which I am not complaining about the dry time for I only ever gotten regular polish.) But my work still wasn't satisfied and the last time I went the nail tech cut me on the side of my big toe and on the other toe she cut too much of my cuticles off that made my toe sore for days. And I brought the cut to her attention and all she said was, I must have did it with my drill. And keep on working. So I don't think I'll be returning back. As I am on the hurt to find somewhere that I can go for I just moved here to San Antonio.

Basse Nails is a clean, relaxing place to get your nails done. Stacy or Tracy are there. I call ahead to get one of them. The family-owned business is a nail salon that cares. I highly recommend

Had a really nice experience at Basse Nails and Spa. Booked an appointment for a classic pedicure online with Steven based on reviews. There was some initial confusion (I had booked late on Friday for first appointment next day - note to self, book earlier!) but it all was fine and handled professionally and promptly. Steven was great - asked lots of questions about preferences, made nice conversation, and did a great job overall (perfect foot massage). Disappointed they didn’t have OPI products, but I found a good substitute. I will be back.

Had a pedicure and manicure here. Tracy is an amazing nail artist! Would 100% recommend. Wanted a glow in the dark pop art for Halloween and it was amazing.

Walking in or scheduled I receive the same great service. Bonus today was Louie the lap pup who kept me company during my pedicure- I absolutely welcomed that love. Ms Trina did an outstanding job. I really love this place

My bestie and I went to have pedicures and let me tell you… this is the place to go! The whole experience was just so great. They were very friendly and extra fun when it came to picking out colors! Tracy made me feel so beautiful by the excellent job she did on my toes. I highly recommend this place:)

Mediocre nail job at best stop trying to up charge me i don’t care that it’s been slow all day

They were so nice and were able to get me in quickly as a walk-in. Very detail-oriented and they came out just how I wanted!

What a great experience. The technicians were kind, accommodating, and relaxed…which lent to us having relaxing, rejuvenating pedicures. Beverages were offered. They were sure to refer to us by our names. They took their time. They did such a great job. My husband and adult son got pedicures alongside me, and the technicians were equally attentive to their pedicures - typically they get rushed through and are made to wait at the front. This was our first experience where we neither felt like we were somehow inconveniencing the staff nor being rushed through the service. Steven gives one heck of a leg and foot massage! We’ll definitely be back.

Very organized and very clean. Customer friendly. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for someone to trust your mani/pedi:)

I travel 30 minutes each way to come because the staff is that good! Jaylen and Stephen did great work and made me so comfortable! I tried several other nail salons and nothing compares!

Had an amazing pedicure today. Ann was fantastic… one of the best foot/leg massages I have ever had with a pedicure. She took her time and really worked. The front desk guy, Chris, was personable and extremely friendly. It was a great experience!
