Ask for Terry when you walk in the door! She is the most responsive, thoughtful, and patient salesperson in Austin. I must've tried 8 different Bassett couches on (no joke) 5 different visits, bringing friends and aunts.everything I looked at was on sale. Terry was so helpful, talking me through considerations, never treating me differently because I was looking for a deal, and actually walking away and giving us space when needed. Honestly, I went to Four Hands, Shank's, Crate & Barrel, etc, etc, and she's the reason I bought at Bassett. (Yes, the couch is incredibly comfy and gets compliments from guests.) She treated me like a whole human, took photos of rugs, and just exemplifies customer service. A true pleasure to work with her!
