Bath & Body Works, San Antonio TX

Would have given it all five stars but they were out of one of the body sprays I wanted which is sweet pea. A very popular item there at bath & body's works. The thing that I did not like was the fact that the girl that was attending to me said that they did have the Sweet pea body spray. But they have not put them out yet. She said she was able to go back there and get one but she was so tired from yesterday's events. Would she speaks about to me like if I was her BF. Very unprofessional other than that it was a good experience

I had a coupon that expired, last month but because of the covid19 and because I got sick they didn't honor my coupon.it's so wrong of the store!

There was a long line to get in but other than that it was amazing! For my first time going in I was amazed by all the different scents!

I never knew the importance of washing myself with soaps that moisturize. As someone who gets a bit rashy or dry, being directed here has helped with it. Smells guud too.

Don't be bashful to go try'em gentleman, the scents for men are f-ing great.

It also will give you good ideas on what to buy your significant other. The scents for women women are quite nice.

Nice friendly staff, you get that warm feeling once you walk in. I've never shopped there but my experience was great.

Screaming, and I mean literally screaming, “EXIT ONLY “ in a customers face will not get you any business. I understand covid precautions, but your employee’s can be a little nicer. I didn’t even walk in your “Exit only” side. I stopped about 6 ft in front of it so I see what you had on clearance. I never once even stepped into your store only to be aggressively yelled at by one of your employees.

Everyone is always so helpful and so friendly and i love there good deals! Ill always be a customer here!

I don't like going to this store too many bad scents, but I found an exception. Frankincense and myrrh a must try. So THANKFUL FOR THANKFUL. Let me know what you think of it.

I love the fall collection and who can go wrong with the 5 for 6 hand sanitizer sale. Love this place!

Absolutely love it.the sleep aroma therapy lotion and body wash is so amazing for my kids and I we do sleep well

Love the sales.the staff is super friendly - I have been to many otjer stpres and I always prefer this one over the others.
They areny afraid to go check in back for items and go above amd beyond to help you out. I think I have a small addiction now lol

This Bath & Body Works has the best staff. I had a paper gift bag budget for my office Christmas party and they helped me stay under it and get awesome gifts. They even helped me walk them out to my car since we had so many bags to take. Kudos to this Bath & Body Works staff. They went out of their way to help me with my Christmas office party shopping

I like their items, but they are very expensive. I didn't see sales. Unlike to save money and shop for bargains. Didn't get that at the store. Plus, what I was looking for they didn't have in stock. Why advertise when the item shades were not in stock.

Great customer service. Everyone was very welcoming and knowledgeable with the products. Its so clean and every display of their products are pleasing to the eye. For a small store it's very impressive.
