All staff from greeters at front door to check out! EXCELLENT But that sale OMG! Hopegully u catch the next one if you missed!

A cashier forgot to bag one of my items, and Mickey went above and beyond when I sent someone to pick it up. Empathized with my situation over the phone, and had it ready to go, with an apology card when it was picked up.

Good customer service and sells 1oz.hand sanitizer 5 for 8$ as pictured (everywhere else sold out right now).

I can’t believe it! I have a favorite manager she works at the Irving store and I saw her here! She has pink hair and the best customer service I have ever received. I was hoping she was moving to this store but she told me she was just helping. If you haven’t met her yet her name is Amylee and she is magnificent! You can tell she loves her job and always has the most helpful tips and knows sooo much her smile and energy is contagious! Please bath and body keep her here!

Love the choices of the endless fragrance in lotions, hand centizer, body spray and hand soap. I love going there once in while to get refills on my hand centizer and hand sope, the fragrance of it smells amazing.

The place was clean and organized. They had welcoming environment and were highly friendly. “Juliann” is a wonderful staff there and helped me find what I needed.

Cozy little place with great varieties of candles. A little bit of out the range price wise. But great customer service!

Great deals. The associate name Blue was the most helpful associate I ever encountered. Crystal was our cashier and she was radiant, she made us feel welcomed. It's like we gained two more children.

The products of B&B are just extraordinary. I packed boxed to move from one country to another. My boxed got kinda stuck in Florence, and when they arrived in Cyprus a year later I could still smell my candles from Bath and Body before opening the boxes

Always love the Semi annual sale. If you get there the right day they always have your old favorites.

The Galleria mall has a unique Bath & Body Works, this place is actually allows you to use the hand soap but there is more to this place. I love this place because of the new types of candles that they had and they offer a whole range of the seasons fall candles which are very good better than anything you can think of. I am definitely interested in this place I am interested in coming back a lot.

I love Bath & Body Works and I got the stuff that was on sale buy 3 get 3 free plus 20% because I'm here visiting and Dallas Texas with my son and when I got on the plane they took my Bath & Body Works stuff so I was highly upset and glad to know that Dallas Texas Bath & Body Works had some stuff on sale so thank you Bath & Body Works

What a great store. I really liked the products they have. Everything is so great. We glad to have a store like this. We actually need it. The location and body spray are amazing smalls really nice and fresh for daily use. I have gifted so many of them. This store a life saver. I come here every Saturday and Saturday and times I come I found a new products. Keep the good job ️? ️

They were very friendly there was someone to greet you as soon as you walked in, there was a 3 dollar sale on hand soap and they had a good variety they even had the sale posted in white barn in case ypu came in that way first i would definitely recommend them and come again i had a great experience

This location was like most others I've been too. Very well stocked, very clean, and very helpful and friendly staff. I got a few items that were on a major sale, and I was very happy. I love going into these stores and getting so many great smelling candles, lotions, sprays, etc. Give them a visit and get all of your needs met.

I stopped by this store at the behest of my wife and her girlfriend. We were able to achieve what we needed with the help of various store representatives. Prices and deals were extremely flexible. It was nice.

There weren't enough choices for men as far as cologne goes and I did consider one of the associates to be somewhat rude or at the very least to be condescending towards my wife. Otherwise, really great store with pretty good prices and mostly associates.

I haven't been to a bad Bath & Body Works, and what I liked most about this one was the layout. I only shop at Bath & Body Works for 3-wick candles, bottled hand soaps, and wallflowers (and refills). The store had 2 entrances. Wallflowers, hand soaps, and most of the candles were in one section. The body care products were in the other side of the store. Both sides of the store had a checkout area. I appreciated the assistance that I received from the staff. One staff member helped me find a wallflower that was on display, and another staff member recommended certain 3-wick candles to me. The latter staff member also alerted me to when their mid-year semi annual sale would occur. I think this will be my go-to store for purchasing Bath & Body Works products in person.

Miss Debbie turned what would have been an hour long argument over living room smells with my girlfriend into a nice five minute ordeal. She knew just about every scent going on in the store and got us taken care of. Thanks miss Debbie!
