Bath & Body Works, Cedar Park TX

I had my heart set on a certain splash fragrance. After visiting several B&BW stores, Lakeline B&BW store had it, but the only left was a sample. I expressed my unsuccessful search to manager Brianna, and she let me buy it! I soooo much appreciate her! And most of all, I don't take it for granted.

Always helpful staff. Love to spend time in this store it always smells amazing. The car scent clips are amazing.

I can't shake my obsession with this store. I especially love the wallflowers and the scents. I adore the soaps and the silver holders, which makes them look so, so cute on the vanity. Sign up for the emails and you'll get weekly coupons.

The store is very clean and well organized. The staff is always helpful and very professional. For some odd reason they have portable air conditioners throughout the store. I'm giving them major props though because most stores let you sweat it out when their ac is down.

I always enjoy shopping at Bath and Body Works. This store has friendly staff and a great selection of items. I really like their room scents, hand lotions, and liquid soap that pumps out like foam.

Mirko (I think is how you spell his name) is always VERY helpful. Every time I go in he’s smiling and recommending the best. He has such an awesome personality and definitely deserves a raise and some recognition! I don’t buy from the store unless he’s there haha

Great staff and tons of products to choose from. Will be back at sale times. Favorite is the anti stress essential oils products.

My daughter & I LOVE to come here and buy it all, especially with their great offers! Definitely leaving here with a bag full of goodies!

Great store with helpful employees, one the coolest places in the mall for body sprays, candles, lotions, and there was nice 75% off special going on one of the wracks, but the best part was smelling all the nice and neat sprays and body washes, my senses were going crazy in here, and in a good way, cant wait to visit again sometime.

Sale was pretty good, but no one greeted me upon entering the store nor offered me a basket. Cashier was friendly and so was the gentleman who acknowledged me when I was leaving the store.

Well, they keep changing their products and bringing novelty. Also, this lady was following me and pressuring into buying one more product so I could get 2 extra free products. And then she went to the register so I can pay and then she asked me "who helped you? Of course her! What a question! And then she is asking for my phone number and email? What an experience! Lol I am just kidding of course. Bath & Body really works for me 5

Great variety of products but customer service was not good (1 star). The guy who was working there had negative attitude and needs customer service re-training.

Friendly staff. Annoyed that they asked for my coupon for a sale that they are having that is valid WITHOUT the coupon. It just held up the line and wasted my time. Also, their mandatory bag policy is not eco-friendly.

It's okay but not the way it used to be. The sales were not really sales as most of them you had to buy really expensive fragrances to get one free, and it had to be only from the ones they selected for you. The perfumes, lotions and sprays used to smell so good and there was a lot of variety, now there is only a couple to chose from and they took away all the good, sweet and pretty bottles. All the fragrances upfront are the ones you can find at the dollar store or gas stations. If I'm going to pay that much for a body spray, lotion or perfume, then make it look and smell nicer. If I'm getting one free, let me get one I at least like or choose, not what you choose for me. Oh yeah, and the little lotions and spray bottles travel size were great for carrying around why did they took them away? I would had bought several of those to have the whole collection or mix and match. I dont know if I'll be coming back.
