Bath & Body Works, Humble TX

Omgawd the customer service in this store was everything and my cashier which I don't remember her name but she was African American, maybe in her 30's, friendly friendly friendly and very patient!

We usually have excellent service in-store. There was a sale going on online so we decided to place an order to be shipped to my house. We also had a 25% coupon for an online purchase. The website/app was not very user friendly. I tried over & over putting the 25% coupon code in & it said there was an error or invalid code. I gave up on that & decided to proceed without my discount. I finished the purchase & when the order finally came in the mail, it was incomplete. We were missing 2 soaps, in addition to the box being opened already. When I called the customer service line, I was unable to understand the person on the other end. I don't think English was their first language nor do I believe they were even from the same continent. It took SO long for her to even repeat my shipping address. I asked if I could just pick up the missing items from the local store & was told I could. Then I was told I couldn't. We went back & forth with me asking questions trying to get a confirmation on the items I would be receiving & when. I never received that confirmation & no matter how many times I asked, was never given a straight answer.
I had a really negative experience ordering from the online store. I will NOT be doing this again nor do I recommend anyone else doing so. I feel like I might as well cut my loss & move on bc I spent money, haven't received my whole order & have yet to get any clear confirmation on whether I'll ever get what I paid for.

I like go to shopping. This store smells amazing, the mist are good quality, I love candles, soap everything.

Came in to get some Hero body wash and purchased more products than I intended but the staff was helpful and I'm happy with my purchases

I love how the store always smells good.
They were packed with customers as usual, but they were still polite and once they saw the line getting backed up, other cashiers jumped in to get the people moving.

Much easier to shop the sale online, in my opinion. Going into the store, one must pay attention to every single sign; there were at least four different pricing types. The sale is good for hand soaps.

I always have a good experience at this location when stocking up on all my Bath & Body Works needs, and the staff is always very helpful! On Monday evening I stopped in and from start to finish associate Nicole was very helpful and friendly and truly took the time making sure I got all my qualifying products for my purchase as I had forgotten some of the free add-on items. I truly appreciated her energy and great customer service much kudos to her! Keep up the great job guys!

I love this store. They are friendly and fun and always ready to help. Although I can be quite needy and picky they always stick with me till I'm thoroughly satisfied and ready to check out. If I'm not they go the extra mile to ensure it's a fact. I always tend to shop here during a sale and sometimes when it's just a pop in visit. They never disappoint me. I love this store!

So I went in today just looking around they didn't have any special sales or anything so I walked out not purchasing any items.

I did order offline probably about a week ago and they had a really good sale on items they were $5.99 for the sprays.

I just purchased a few I didn't purchase much because I have a lot of bath and body from previous visits already.

I'm trying to watch my spending and I didn't buy too much this time. I did not need much either.

I still love bath n body.

I waiting on my stuff they said they are a little backed up.

I have always been pretty pleased with their products, and customer service, but I did want to leave a review about my experience: at Christmas time I bought 12 candles, we have burn 3 of them and all was fine, but 1 of them I had to turn off because it continued to smell like the burning part of the candle instead of the scent, also I had a wall plug that I have had for several months, but went into the bathroom a couple of days ago and it was smoking out if the top, not sure what was going on, but I took the wall plug and candle back, and didn't have a receipt, but didn't have any problems swapping them out.

Went with my mom during a big coupon event and it was crowded but had several employees check to make sure we found what we came for and ask any questions! Store was clean and organized which as most know, during a sale event isn't the easiest to pull off as everyone putting things down in random places! Well done, this location was great!

I’m typing this as I’m at the store. I don’t know the name of the employee who decided to be rude to me for no reason but it was uncalled for. Every other employee was welcoming. I walked to the register to say I was picking up my order and with an attitude she said I had to let someone in the front know rather than walking up to the register. Then when she asked for my name I said Karen and she proceeded to moves her hands and said “Karen… Karen what? ”
Instead of the attitude, she couldve nicely asked for my last name.

Always a nice place to go. Sometimes the sales associates will help, but for the most part you have to ask for assistance.

My favorite place. I do get frustrated at times when what I choose online isn't available for pickup, because I'm not paying a shipping fee when I can pickup.

Bath & Body Works at Deerbrook Mall has it going on if you are on their mailing list they mail out coupons for free items each month I get a couple sometime so I take extras and they don't trip that you can give someone else a 20% off I especially Love The Wallflowers plugins

This is the only place I buy my body lotion, nowhere else! They're lotion lasts on the body for so long, that I go through a bottle in a week.

I have a problem! I just bought Bath & Body last week, and yet here I am, back for more! This scent is the first one I've purchased simply by walking in the door and falling instantly in love. Bought the candle and plug ins, now I'm back for the body spray and lotion. Highly recommend!
