Place is great staff is really kind and they are there if you need anything always love visiting this place with my gf

The store was very crowded today, but the sales lady stopped and to make sure that we were finding everything ok. She also answered all of my granddaughters questions with a smile. Thanks for making her shopping experience special.

It's over priced. The company seems to be discontinuing the essential oil wallflowers and sanitizers. I guess I'm the only customer that has done surveys asking for them. As a migraine sufferer I can't use the fake scents.

Prices wean up plus the candles recdeluses just because everything what going on should help not screws us up with the Prices

From the foaming hand soaps to the 3 wick candles to the wallflower air fresheners, it's all great smelling. Plus most of the time there are sales for something. I do hate that half the time I go, they stopped carrying something I like or out of stock. I NEED MAHOGANY TEAKWOOD HAND SOAP!

Need to get gift card for wifes birthday and shop it says they open at 11AM its 12: 05 and they still are not open

Rude employees judgemental based on just walking in no thank you when walking out no help going in just employees talking to each other if you want help you'll have to ask them no employees offering help
Have to pick up your own basket not coming back

Love the scents, love the sales, and friendly staff. Products are high quality packing always beautiful.

I shop here often I really love this store yesterday I came to try to exchange some candles never been used I burn one threw it away after having a bad reaction I'm honestly just allergic but thats my fault for not knowing I came in the manager was like whats the wrong are you returning? I told them what has happened and if I could get the body care instead since I have used body care a lot and I am not allergic to the bodycare only the candles for some werid reason and they gave me no problems they just said whatever the amount says is what I could spend in store if I went over had to pay the difference which was perfectly fine with me and overall I was very pleased and there very kind as they also had a lot of new stuff to choose from I'm definitely coming back soon I really appreciate all the managers and employees there I am sure they take a lot during the day but there always friendly ready to help and thank you so much for helping me out i really appreciate you all

Very nice place! Bright and attentive workers there, helping everyone for any needs they may have. Would recommend buying their products! Very nice aromas from there.

Lady checking me out was rude and impatient. Other ladies on sale floor, on the other hand, were kind, helpful and friendly.

My wife sent me out to buy some Fall Scented Candles, had no idea what to look for as I never come here but all the staff there were very helpful and gave me the best options that my wife would most likely approve of. Needless to say she approved and all is well

You CAN NOT walk passed this store and not go in. I didn't even see the store I smelt it. Its a women's dream. Me and my daughter got us some cute Lil lotions buy 2 get 1 free. Thanks bath and body works employees for that tip on buy 2 get 1 free.

Had a lovely experience and found everything I wanted thanks to Bella. She was fantastic. She definitely knew all there was to know about every scent and accessory you could imagine she made our experience absolutely perfect!

So they expanded and the store is so big now! I bought a hand cream in Waikiki beach coconut and this smells so good! The associates weren't to push which I liked a lot!

Of course everything in Bath &Body Works is awesome and of very high quality. The only problem is figuring out which products to purchase.

Wife loves this place. I appreciated the mask wearing and the offering of sanitizer by the employees.

Sad when u walk into a place and you have to ask for help instead of them approaching you. But ol well.

Great but we don't need too many candles. I wish they didn't switch fragrances as often as they do.
