Bath & Body Works, Pasadena TX

Some employees are nice but most are extremely unfriendly and rude. Abigail is one of those employees that is just plain awful she will not even say thank you or be polite, what an awful customer experience and I’ve worked in retail before.

I took my wife to B&B for this week sale and mistake! They had so much stuff on sale for Father's Day it was ridiculous in there. There was a small line outside the door due to over capacity and COVID restrictions some come out/some come in. The sale was that good I could believe all the items she bought for $87 we saved $145 that's amazing a lot of things were 50-75% OFF. All women know B&B have good sales and products for men/women all the time. Now I have shower soap and lotion for the next two years! Clean as a whistle?

Gotta love there great deals here & wonderful finds. It's always a pleasure being assisted with there great customer service.

I couldn't decide on a scent and they have new arrivals. Definitely couldn't make a choice. When I finally did, I chose a new one. I had 1 coupon, should have brought my others. Don't forget all your coupons for BB&W

Staff was very friendly I was happy to use my coupons. But you can't use a coupon for the buy 3 get 2 free items.

So many great things to choose from at Bath & Body works. You can always find a wonderful gift for friend or family member or lots of goodies for yourself. New scents are always on display. CJ, the Pasadena Store Manager, is awesome. She'll help you find whatever you're looking for.

Not too different from other BBW stores. The people were all very friendly and helpful but I have come to expect this from this chain.

Good to visit just watch out on holidays.place gets turned into a madhouse people bumping into each other. And invading your personal while standing in line or shopping

I actually really like the way the men's items smell. Always friendly staff to help out with whatever you got going on.

They were out of a lot of scents and didn't have much selection left this was three days before christmas.bought 27 items and the cashier said they run out of clear little bags; I said okay and then she said I can get only 7 ribbons.you got to be kidding me after a $120.00 purchase.

Always super friendly when I go in! Who doesn't love the deals they have going on? My favorite time to go is during the semi annual sale. OMG! Spent $33 and got 9 full size products. Who can beat that? Love the smells, they do awesome. Thanks B&BW!

This shop is so beautiful. The girls are so helpful and customer oriented. Nothing better than good customer service.

I went to this location first time. I wasn't acknowledge when I walked through the front door as a customer. Two young ladies that work there was deep in conversation about a movie the other had saw. Walked up to the counter the young lady there didn't greet or say anything but started ringing up my items. But she did explain how my coupon worked. Not saying it's a bad location. Just not good customer service. I'll give them one more try. And to mention it wasn't busy in the store

I am a Bath and Body Works addict, ya'll. I hoard it, I had so many that I was forced by my father to start gifting some of my unused ones to people because there was SO much I had, like almost 100 items lol. I have it narrowed it down to this now lol.

Every time I go in the store, the associates are SO friendly and helpful, they make sure you find what you are looking for or help you find something new to try. They give GREAT recommendations. They're very patient and do not rush you. The lines can get long during sales, of course, but it doesn't defer me from shopping there, and you have to expect it. Especially during their really great sales. You have to deal with it. Anyone who leaves a bad review simply because of having to stand in a long line during a very good sale (like the $2,95-$5 sales), shame on you. They can't help it that the store gets very busy during these sales. They are very professional through the high traffic times, and that's what matters. They've never gotten rude or unprofessional when I've been in there.

- Included is a picture of what I currently have. Got rid of half of it because there was so much unused. Some of these are even REALLY old. I have found a few older products (YEARS OLD) in thrift stores, and I quickly buy those up too, for collective purposes lol (I HAVE A SHOWER GEL FROM 2003!), some have oxidized and have a strange smell and color now, so I can't use them.

The employees were very helpful. Even the other customers were very nice. Shout out to this lady who hooked up me with a coupon and suggested I get body cream over body lotion

I gave a 3 because I am considering that it is the annual candle sale. 1st the store opened early so I arrive 30 min before opening to see people already leaving. Then no one is monitoring the 4 lines they have going and people are cutting in line like crazy. It took me an hour to get checked out only to be told the cash register I'm at cant print receipts. Not good when you are purchasing business gifts which are tax deductible! Very unprofessional!

Love this store! The selection is great and the employees could not be nicer. They always have coupons in my email so I never have to pay full price. There candles are the best and there is an amazing assortment of fragrances.

ALWAYS have amazing sales and the girls are ALWAYS so friendly at this Fairmont location. My favorite store. I'm a candle freak haha and the girls always let me know when the best deals are happening. Wonderful experience every time I shop this location!

Not my kind of store but I got what I needed for my wife quickly and easily. Very friendly helpful staff

What can I say. I love this place! It's clean and always smells nice and the ladies there are always super helpful!
