Bath & Body Works, Austin TX

Its located within the Central market mall behind the Regal cinemas theatre. Its a small shop compared to other locations in Barton creek mall n south meadows. Currently they have some offers on soaps and handwash. Was able to grab some travel fragrant hand sanitizers before quarantine for $1.99. They also have some soothing wax candles as well. #HappyShopping

Cashier Patricia was very unpleasant and rude. She didn’t greet me and had the nerve to give me quarters and nickels for 2 dollar change. When i requested that she give me dollars, she flat out rudely refused. Needs serious customer service training or she shouldn’t work there. The other employee that greeted me at the door was very nice and accommodating but sadly i Won’t go back.

Great location, been coming here for years. Not only are hours currently limited due to COVID-19 but I was turned away when I walked up to the door, "They said NO CASH TRANSACTIONS". Very disappointed customer here.

I love the choice of so many different scents. Their sales and coupons make it affordable to treat yourself with quality candles and body care. I've ALWAYS appreciated fantastic customer service. Especially with Patricia and Martha. In addition to being very friendly they are also able to suggest scents to try that suits the needs for what Im shopping.

Love this location. I like that it isn't enormous so I can easily find what I need and see everything. They typically have deals on the products I buy so that's awesome. The staff here are always friendly and have a smile. On their face so it makes for a pleasant shopping trip.

You could NEVER go wrong at Bath & Body Works.

Typical bath and body works. Lois of winter sale items and a lot more candles than I ever remember from previous visits. The staff was friendly.

The one staff member I met was sweet. The other one just walked around and looked at me. But the first asked me when she first saw me, then again when I looked confused bout some of the scents. It was an ok store, but not very big.

This is my favorite location! The workers are always very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. They always have plenty of selection and it is nice not having to wade through a crowd like the one at the mall.

This bath and body works is OFF THE CHAIN. Small enough to see everything they have at once, and a super friendly staff. Does anyone know the store manager's name? She's THE BOMB. I'm lookin' at you, store manager. Sweetest store manager ever. And also they throw KILLER events! So much fun! They always have crafts for kids and fun competitions and stuff. I love this place! I live 45 minutes away but I used to drive there all the time just cuz I loved it so much. You should shop there. For sure.

The staff were very helpful when I took my 6 year old in to get some 'smell good' for her. They were patient and let her smell a lot of products before she made a selection.

Ah, I love this place if only for the handsoaps. Beware, if you are sensitive to perfumes you will not be able to stay in here for more than 10 minutes.

The environment is so fresh and friendly. Almost all the time, a staff member is there to greet you. The staff is so nice and are willing to find what you need so you leave satisfied.

Great selection of new scents, but impossible to find your favorites again. Hard to shop in peace. The salespeople are all over you the whole time.
