This was a great discovery for me. They cheerfully replaced the three year old battery in my iPhone. It is amazing how much better it works now. Cost was reasonable. They were having a great sale on household batteries so I bought some of those too. They seem to have every bulb known to man. Team works together very well. They all are clearly happy to be there, which makes customer service outstanding. I would strongly encourage you to visit. They are Apple and Samsung certified. Plus they have car batteries and all kinds of generators. A lot packed into a small storefront.

I brought my IPhone XR to Battery Plus Friday because of all the positive reviews on here. I’m extremely upset with my experience! Yes, they were super nice however they did NOT tell me ahead of time that the after market battery they were putting in my phone would cause my phone from NOT recognizing the battery therefore making it impossible to see the battery life and causing an error message to stay on the screen 24/7! Also, this so-called new battery doesn’t last any longer than the previous battery that had 86% battery life! I don’t recommend going to this business for IPhone cell batteries!

Lady was a little rude with how she told me things wouldn't work. Also that I didnt have a picture of what I was replacing. But very helpful. The guy there was polite. All around good

Ordered a new car battery for my Traverse. The two associates got to the install immediatley. My car was pain to work on, but they got the job done correctly. 5+ for Mike!

I took my iPhone X to Simply Mac in Tyler for a battery replacement and they stripped one of the screws and gave it back to me screwed up, no new battery. They are rude when you walk in. I found out Batteries Plus could replace it. When I entered the store I was greeted by Everett Nelson who was so nice and personable. I could tell he knew what he was doing! We discussed the risks of working around the stripped screw. Everett got it working great with a new battery and no issues. He made me a Battery Plus customer for life. Much thanks and appreciation to Everett and the other Gentleman that was there.

Jay provided excellent customer service today with a warranty issue we had. It started off friendly and positive with my phone call and continued when I arrived in person. I’ll definitely continue to shop there.

Took my car battery charger in to shop as I couldn’t repair unit. Store manager refused to work on unless I bought a new recharge able battery from them! Rather than make some money on my unit and profit for their business I left with my equipment and won’t ever purchase anything from them again! Rude…

Went there as WeFixIt phone repair. My puppy ate my phone. Ruined the screen, would not respond. The young lady working there checked stock, tested for other possible damage, then said 'leave it with me, I'll have it fixed in 2 hours'. Less than 2 hours later my wife got the call that it was fixed! Awesome. All the employees were super nice to all the customers.

This is THE BEST place to get batteries. The staff was very friendly and well knowledgeable in the products. If the manager Jason is there be sure to say "Go Rams" for a free high five.

I had an issue with several golf batteries. They absolutely went above and beyond helping me. Well worth my drive to the city for great service! TY!

Was able to get in and out really quickly thanks to the knowledgeable staff pointing me to the battery I needed quickly.

As an active service member I travel alot. Like alot alot. No matter what I either forget something or my electronic equipment goes nutty. When that's all ya got on the road it's important. Gotta say the staff member Diana/Diane (bad with first names) not only helped me but explained what the heck was wrong. She got me what I needed and even helped with some advice how to prevent some damage I wasnt in uniform but when I said I was active she said she was even happier that she could help.

I needed a battery for iPhone SE (2016). I called spoke with Mike, got there Diana assisted me. Came back in 45 minutes, phone touchscreen would freeze. Diana & Mike worked on it. & worked on it.they couldn’t guarantee it would work, as they didn’t know why the phone was freezing up. It hadn’t done that before, so they didn’t charge me. They both were so good about explaining & went way above helping me. Great customer service! Thank u Mike & Diana!

On their website they say they recycle fluorescent bulbs. They DON'T tell you there's a fee you have to pay.

A battery store.brilliant! I never thought about needing to buy a special type of battery, but they had it for me.

Outstanding service having smartphone screen repaired! Responsive and efficient online registration and the day of service was straightforward. Customer service rep honestly assessed the phone (could not guarantee everything would work after repair), and reviewed the repair process.

I visited this business for the first time on recommendation from someone who used them before. They were doing great until it got to the finish line. I was there to purchase a new key for my truck.

They programmed the key and it only partially worked as it would start my vehicle but nothing else worked. Then to try and work with me, they agreed to go 50% off which was reasonable, as I had to pay for a key that only partially worked. Then was told by the manager on duty they would order the key and then I would return when the new key arrived.

Later, I get a call that another manager said I had to pay for it, after I left, before they would order it. I live in another city an hour away. This is not good business. They should honor all that was agreed on and I would have been great. End result, I will return the key I purchased as it is not as I need it and have to get the key somewhere else.

The only way I see correcting this and I return for future business, is they order the key, and I pay for it when it comes in. Then they program it. Maybe not even charging the program fee as the key that was to be ordered was twice the price.
