If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! After having a horrendous experience with a competitor (the first business listed on Google, unfortunately), I called this store next. They were able to have my phone screen fixed in an hour, and they were incredibly helpful and friendly. Tim went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my new screen and screen protector. I will make sure to recommend them to anyone and everyone I know who needs any type of phone screen repairs!

Bought 2 batteries for my moms mobility chair and they didn’t last 10 months and they wouldn’t warranty the batteries. You spend $250 dollars on batteries, you would expect them to last more then a year. To top it off, the man was rude and shouldn’t be taking care of customers. This was my 1st time and my last time with this business, plus the batteries aren’t any good. (3 weeks later) Now we find out the charger is good after being told it is bad by them and the reason they wouldn't warranty the batteries. Even more frustrated with this situation now.

I ordered the battery and it was ready for pick up the next day. Great service and sales people.

Do NOT buy a vehicle battery here. Had a battery go bad after just a month of owning it. Took it in and they said they can’t warranty a battery that’s under 10 volts. Even if the battery won’t take a charge. It’s under 10 volts cause it’s a bad battery that’s a little over a month old. What’s the point of a warranty if you can’t warranty a battery that’s bad.

This is my second time buying a battery from this store in particular. Always top-notch service and very veteran-friendly (they even have a veteran's discount). Tracy was very helpful from testing to installation. I love that they carry American-made batteries as well. I'll definitely be coming back!

I called and asked about it battery for a hybrid car their computer did not separate a hybrid from a regular so I asked for the prices on that sarcastically but trying to still help he asked which was it for the four-cylinder or six cylinder told him they think the four-cylinder it’s not my car. He said well there’s two different batteries for the four-cylinder he gave me a price for the SLT and then he gave me a price for the 36 month and then he said there was a price for the four-cylinder said is there a third price for the four-cylinder any sarcastically civil ma’am I’m trying to help him but he wasn’t answering the question after you told me there were two prices for the four-cylinder and then he gave me a third I told him that I would just try somebody else

I wouldn't give any stars. I took my iPhone in for a new screen, the heftier man was rude and disrespectful to us. We went and picked up the phone, he said there were no problems he could see, but whenever I was using it the screen wasn't popped in all the way, it kept overheating, and the camera quality was terrible. I spent $250 on a new screen and came back with other issues. When I went back in, the owner opened the screen, told me I was wrong, and proceeded to tell the heftier gentleman that he did a great job. Later that night, my phone screen altogether quit working. I took my phone into UbreakIfix, which I highly recommend going to instead, and he told me that it was just the screen and that they could fix it. When I went back into Batteries Plus to try and get some kind of reimbursement for the damage on my phone, the man essentially told me I'm "SOL". Not to mention the fact we seemed to be an inconvenience for the man because he greeted us by saying "I'm trying to eat some lunch. " UbreakIfix fixed my phone, with a real Apple screen.

Had to replace my mom’s MacBook batteries. They did a great job and the price was real reasonable.
