I operate a solar installation company. From everything to powering my office equipment to installing battery back up for my customers, Daniel and Battery Joe is my go to battery team. They even installed same day an Ipad screen I use in my business. Incredible service, fair prices, quick response. Works for me.

I have called multiple times to see about battery installation and every time they didn’t have someone. Whoever is running the show/company needs to staff people. I can only imagine how overworked your current staff is. I have worked at an understaffed place before and it’s hell so hopefully they step up and help you guys

I waited 3 weeks for them to fix my phone and for the part to come in it finally did so I took my phone there I while they were fixing it they broke my phone I recommend not taking your phone here.on the good note they bought me a new phone.

I’m a happy customer. Excellent service provided right before they closed. I felt bad about showing up so late but they were so nice and friendly still. Battery in my car was under warranty and it was the fastest battery change ever. 11 out of 10 stars from me.

Manager is always sick, or has a family issue to be out of work and not get promised work done. I'd say 9 months of waiting is long enough! Great work when done though!

Had battery problems while in Abilene. Saw Battery Joe's and stopped just to ask for pricing. Mindy cleaned our gunked up battery terminal, ran diagnostics on battery and alternator. Had a new battery on and car running within 30 minutes of arriving. Micheal and Mindy saved my day out with the kiddos. We were chllin at the park before the kids were even upset. Thank you guys so much! It also helped that they didn't break my wallet as well.

All I can say is WOW on the customer service! Mindy came out to my house and replaced my battery. Les than 5 minutes. She was quick nice and smiled and alls I will say is Battery Joes has my business forever!

Michael did an amazing job at fixing my charging port here. My phone being a Samsung s22, he fixed it in a matter of seconds. I would suggest everyone to come down here if you ever need help with your phone repairs. He was a friendly dude as well:)

I brought in an iPad on June 30th to have the screen replaced. Somehow the home button on the iPad got damaged. I was informed that they were going to order a new button and would replace it. I took the iPad back on July 7th. The iPad was “fixed” but not with the correct button. The home button that was placed in was not the correct one. I have had nothing but problems with the iPad since having it worked on. This is the second time that I have taken an iPad to Battery Joe’s and have had an employee or employees break the iPad. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied. I will have to find a different company to see if they can fix something your employees broke.

Their very friendly helpful and have good prices. I always go there to have my phone fixed even if i have to wait for parts, i wait and go there. I highly suggest people to go there and check’m out!

The guys working at Battery Joe in Abilene were amazing. I parked my car in my single car garage and when I tried to start it the battery was totally dead. I heard that the new batteries can go bad without any warning. I found out this to be true. The car wouldn't start so it was stuck in Park. No way to roll it out of the garage to jump it. Called around and had no luck until I called Battery Joe's. Other businesses would install a new battery but I would have to bring the car to them. Battery Joe came to my house in 30 minutes and installed a new battery and got me back on the road. These guys are a lifesaver.

I went in to have my charging port repair after I did my own assessment with no result been to other stores who didn't have the part instock.the gentleman at the front deck used is pin to clean it a little more only for it to start charging. Kudos Guys really appreciate the effort

These guys are the VERY BEST. Had a faulty screen, had to replace. They were driving 50 miles to to do it! They take care of you

My daughter broke a small piece of her iPad charger in the port and they were able to get it out for me. The staff was very friendly and got my iPad fixed very quickly. They also made sure it would charge afterwards.

I have gone in to this store 3 times thinking that I was going to have a costly repair on my I-Phone. The staff has always been extremely helpful and has been able to repair my phone at little to no cost.

Took my wife's phone in for screen replacement. Was told it should be ready the next day. Weather happened and I understood the delay. Then I was told the part was on back order and they couldn't get it ordered for a day or so. Which was a lie because the part was supposedly stuck in shipping the day after I dropped it off. Was told told for 3 days that it would be ready the next day. The last time I called I was upset cause they had the phone for 10 days and once again was told the next day. I told them it was getting ridiculous and YES I was upset. The next day I was called by the owner/manger and told that he was not going to allow me to cuss at his employees and if I wanted my phone I could come get it cause it was once again delayed. I informed him I never once cussed at anyone, it is not my style. He then told me he once again didn't have the part and I could come get my phone if I couldn't wait. I went down there (not happy) and when I started talking to him he told me "you won't yell at me" I told him I wasn't yelling I was not happy. He showed me on his phone tracking that showed the part had been stuck in Memphis for 5 days and was very rude about it. Why if it is still in Memphis would the employees keep telling me it would be here the next day. Memphis is more than 1 day away and Why after several delays would you not order another part knowing that part was lost. He gave me my phone back and I left his business and took the phone repair shop who told me that part is readily available from several vendors and they would have it here then next day for the same price I was quoted at Battery Joes. Will not do business with them again for anything. Just plain poor customer service and bad attitude.

UPDATE - Was called and we had a nice talk. Was concerned about the way I was treated and offered to try and make it right by fixing the phone at cost. I declined as I had already take the phone elsewhere to get it fixed and I didn't want to have to deal with the manager again. He treated me with respect and listen to my concerns and told me he would address the problems I encountered and make sure it didn't happen again.

My car died today and then restarted, so my husband took it to Battery Joe to have the battery tested and purchase a new one if needed. We were told that the battery was good, it was the alternator that needed to be replaced. My husband brought my car back to my office and about an hour later, car started up just fine which lead me to believe the alternator was doing it's job. Took it to Interstate battery where they tested the alternator and battery and guess what, battery was no good! Almost went and bought an alternator for nothing! Please get a second opinion if they tell you your battery is fine! You lost a sale and future customer today!
***Explain to me how two different shops che cked my alternator and said it was working properly, and both shops showed the battery to be bad, but your location stands by their assessment? The battery in my car was 5 years old btw. It definitely needed a new one. Own the mistake! ***
