For new patients, your staff will make you or break you. My introduction to this office was one lady who couldn't be bothered to call my surgeon and ask for my records, then she didn't want to look up their number, then she copied my insurance information wrong. I was called back by a lady who wanted to charge me for something I didn't need before she found it funny that I would ask to speak to the doctor. She topped things off by making sure to tell me that he isn't my doctor yet. No thanks.

Dr STRUNK is an absolute idiot and maliciously arrogant. My wife went to see him 3 times for a cyst in her sinus cavity that clearly showed up on the CT.

After 3 visits he INSISTED the issue was allergies and walked out of the room. Absolutely never going back. Avoid this guy like the plague.

Dr strunk is the worst doctor. All they want is your money. You have to tell them the same thing 3 times. Last time i told him up and down I didnt have headeaches. He ended the convo by saying my syptoms were caused by headaches. The same ones I told him 5 time i didnt have. Charges 700 dollars to blow you off and make up reasons to spend more money there. Dr strunk is horrible and a waste of time if you have an actual issue that isnt something they can make more money off of.

Decent place, clean, knowledgeable, and moist of the staff are personable.

The doctor and staff is very nice and helpful. The lady at checkout however on 5/16 doesn’t have good customer service skills. She was to busy in the phone to assist me and was rude when she did.

All they want is your money. Went for a sleep test and wouldn't give me the results without going back in and seeing the doctor even though everything game back good.

They will send you additional bills after your office visit for small procedures they do in the office and when you call them they refer you to some pink sheet they gave you before the visit!
