7Just a question to bay & bay transportation. Do you realize those awards especially the premier carrier award COULD NOT BE GIVEN to your Company without the awesome and dedicated DRIVERS.
Applied for lease purchase there, 3 day orientation. When talking to the lease manager, we were told the estimated fixed cost was a total of $3310.33 a wk. My question to him was, "If that is the fixed weekly cost, how much net revenue is the driver making a week? " He replied that I asked a "gotcha question, " and he wasn't going to answer that. I asked the question a few more times and worded the question differently and still never got an answer as to what the take home pay was for lease purchase. He wouldn't even say or estimate what the top drivers were making to give us a general idea of what we could expect. He then got pissed and went on with the rest of his presentation. That was enough for me! I also didn't like the terms of the lease, which is a 2022-23 KW trk. With 240k miles on it, that cost 138k + a 40k balloon payment at the end of lease purchase. Needless to say, I don't drive for Bay & Bay!

They give the better paying loads to their company drivers. The lease purchase drivers get the worst.
They lied. Then, their Qualcom system is a joke. Then, they made me miss Thanksgiving, Christmas AND New Years.
Horrible company.
One of the best companies last year when I started but this year I won't recommend anyone coming here because you will drive 4hrs plus to pick up a load and the rate is the worst also no one answer or reply your call. Every driver I talked to is complaining and managements don't care. The only good thing they pay early!
