9This is where you go for HEB. Other good stores here, too. Consider trying them all out. Some shopping, mostly food, the UTMB clinics just north of this site have been useful and easy to schedule
Absolutely, Absolutely this is the best part of the area shaded and lots of places in One secure area to see. Please get some freshly friendly places to visit.
Beware the drivers there! They all seem to be inconsiderate. Every time I go there it's same. They all will not wait for you to back out or pull in. They also will run you over cause they don't seem to care. And when I sayv"they" I mean the community that goes that that town center
Giant HEB is the feature here. Petco also. Several smaller businesses, too. There's plenty of parking, but lot is usually full to the point you have to park far from store entrances.

One nice thing is HEB here tends to have a motorized scooter for older folks parked at the end of every other row which is nice and much appreciated.

While Big HEBs have better variety food selections than competing flagship grocery chains operating in Texas, HEB corporate is no longer the Christian and family entity it was when founded. Annoyingly woke and contributes to some disturbing "causes. "

We still prefer the smaller town HEB pantry stores for most shopping. The ones in Santa Fe, Alvin, and Angleton are friendlier IMHO.
I had 3 places to go last week, and they were all there! Nice for convenience and fuel savings!

Has a lot of convenient stores to help make life easier. I get gas, do my grocery shopping, and eat at the different food places. The social security office is there too. Its easy to get in and get out, from both the highway and the sub-streets.
An outlet mall that's more of regular mall prices. Very trendy stores with high prices.
